My third stay at Oaklodge. FIrst choice to stay in Dublin. Great location, great sleep, quiet, great breakfast. Teresa is most accomodating and as always welcomes you back as family. You feel more like a guest in a home than a hotel. Have recommended to friends who have stayed as well with the same experience...Three stays...all excellent.

Myself and my daughter stayed here for 3 nights and would highly recommend to all. Teresa was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble, from giving directions, booking taxis, to providing an early morning breakfast on the day of the marathon. We were greeted with a warm welcome, a lovely ensuite room with very comfortable beds and excellent Irish... More

This B&B was the best I ever been at in Ireland. We were in Ireland on a Fox hunt and had other things to focus at then accommodation, dinners etc. But with Mary the manager of the Oak Lodge we didn´t have to focus on anything else. Mary took care of everything and helped us with cleaning our clothes arranging... More

As others have said Oaklodge is in a very nice safe neighborhood about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you to the center of Dublin. I traveled alone and stayed in a double en-suite room for 4 nights. The room is a good size, the bed is comfortable and it has a nice warm homey... More

We were warmly greeted by Teresa on our arrival. She made us feel right at home and was very helpful in Telling us how to get certain buses to get downtown and local eateries. Breakfasts were great. There is a nice park to stroll through just a block away. The room we had was lovely and a roomy ensuite. Would... More

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Oaklodge and we can HIGHLY reccomend it :-) Teresa made us feel very welcome and she was very helpful. We loved the breakfast every morning :-) The B&B is located in a very nice and safe neighbourhood - and only a 3 min walk from the bus and supermarket. It is also... More

I spent about 5 weeks with Teresa and her husband at Oaklodge. By the time I left I felt like a member of the family. They were very hospitable and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The area was wonderful. It had that small community feel, but wonderful cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants. The location was great in terms... More

My buddy and I spent one night here back in March. (Yes, the review is long overdue.) And if we would have had more time it would have been multiple nights. Teresa and her husband were great. We got in late during the evening, but they were more than welcoming and we really appreciated it. The rooms were very nice... More

I stayed 6 nights with Teresa and would highly recommend this B&B. My room was the perfect size and even though I shared a bathroom with another room it was no problem. The bath has a very nice soaking tub which was great after a long day of sightseeing. Safe neighborhood for a single woman and very close to the... More

I felt so safe in this area that walking to the bus stop at 4 in the morning was fine. Teresa was so accommodating that she packed me a bag lunch since I missed her wonderful breakfast on my departure date. It's super easy getting there from the airport, and her instructions were spot on. The B&B is in a... More
