Brilliant bar down on the quays near Christchurch. Quiet at despite having late music. Basic rooms but great service. Fantastic food. Late bar until 02:00 with live music. Opposite the oldest pub in Dublin

Basic fitted rooms, the desk price is 79 euros, so consider booking online if it's cheaper. Decoration is there, old but not that old. Close to some attractions and walking distance from the trinity . Was Good Friday so the bar downstairs was closed and didn't experience any anoyance with the music. Walls are thin and saw many people in... More

I usually examine my Trip Advisor hotel listings in sufficient detail that I am never stuck with a really poor hotel (thanks so much to all of you contributors!) My reservation decision for this hotel was made by a friend of mine who apparently thought this would be good. Well, he was wrong. The good about this hotel is its... More

Really enjoyed my stay there , hotel is close to everything and well located . Staff are welcoming, a well managed place - the food was genuine irish , generous portions of quality fares, pints served with a smile 😀but it is the music and craic that sets it apart - would return - keep up the good work

We stayed at O'Shea's Merchant as part of our New Year's trip through London and Ireland, so when we found a fairly popular hotel a few weeks before our flight, we were fairly excited. Upon our arrival, the sweet bartender/manager was able to provide an early check-in, although she warned us that the room had not been pre-heated because of... More

Right at the Quay for long touristy walks and far enough from the noisy Temple Bar to have a nice rest. Walking distance to everything and close to a bus line from/to airport. Friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage there till time to leave for the airport.

This hotel is #1 in hospitality and service! Everyone we encountered was more than kind and gracious. With a pub downstairs (2 separate venues), you just can't bet it. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the big Irish Welcome!
