My friend and I visited this hostel for 2 nights in March 2015. I don't even know where to start, it was disgusting. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, the shower head was leaking and we weren't provided with any toilet roll. The metal bed frame was broken and looked like it had been snapped off leaving the two... More

No wifi, no water. Absolute hovel do not stay here it is so incredibly overpriced for such an absolute dump. We had no Internet connection and no water on our last morning. Unhelpful reception too. Don't come here.

Unlike other reviews I have very little negative feedback. This is a basic hostel in a good location in Dublin, it isn't the cleanest or the best equipped. But when you're getting in at 3am and out by 10am and only paying £20 a night we didn't require anymore. If this isn't the weekend timetable you're looking for then don't... More

I booked up a last minute 24 hour trip to Dublin to watch harlequins vs leinster in the European cup so needed somewhere central and cheap to stay . As always tripadvisor seemed ok when I booked it but transformed to the worst reviews ever when I got back . I've stayed in hostels before and most were better then... More

I was very disappointed with the hygiene standards as the toilet leaked, the shower didn't drain, and the mattress was just brown with a sheet that was too small to cover it anyway. The window didn't close, which made the room noisy and cold. On the bright side, the staff were really friendly, but it just couldn't make up for... More

We have stayed in a lot of hostels around the world and this was by far the worst. We choose a room with an ensuite bathroom. The first thing we noticed was there was no toilet paper in the ensuite bathroom. We were told you don't get any. We have never seen this any where in the world where you... More

When we arrived, we were rudely told that there wasn't room for us and we needed to go down to their other hostel down the street, the Chelsea Hostel. When we arrived there they also told us at first that they had no room for us. After we again, showed our booking itinerary, they reluctantly checked us in but we... More

We booked 2 beds in this hostel through Hostel Bookers website. When we got to Dublin, the guy in reception (1st place under this management - "ok" guy) told us our beds were 3 blocks down the road... gone to the new place (2nd place under this management- ridiculous receptionist) : "no beds available at all". Oh well, we've already... More
