The staff is quite friendly. Some people on the internet have complained about the rooms being dirty, but I think ours was clean even though the hotel itself is not brand new. Seems like these people are nitpicking. Next time I'll be in Dublin I'll probably go back there.

The only thing worth the place is the location: it's situated in the city centre, just behind O'Connel Street. But the hostel itself is a disaster. We booked a double room with toilet: it was big, but the problem was it was located in the basement, so we hadn't any light and, most important, it was terribly cold: the central... More

At first i wanted to write alot of bad things about this place but in the end its not worth to waste my nervs. To the manager (or the owner, who cares...) You can fix your hostel every year but if you will not fix your attitude to the costomers, they will newer come back. And fix the hole in... More

Honestly it doesn't surprise me that there are many bad reviews but personally from a guy who has spent most of his European trip camping or staying at camp sites similar to this way in hostels I didn't mind my stay. The staff was for the most part kind to me. The place to me was well secure so I... More

This hostel was booked for the night prior to the all Ireland final at the same time as flights, and accommodation for the Sunday night. It was booked because of the location and the fact almost every other hotel was full that night. 12 days after booking my son was contacted and told that due to a "glitch" the hostel... More

First impress? Girl working on reception wasn't speaking wery well english, it wasn't that bad but she just told us: your room is in 2nd floor and here is code. Didn't went with us, didn't showed us where is kitchen or how it works at all. Their administration sucks, group of french girls booked online 4 nights but in their... More

Such a dirty place! Nothing good to say about this at all really. Bathrooms were filthy, smelly, blocked drains, no soap or toilet paper and only 1 working toilet! Rooms stunk and beds were very creaky! Do not stay here!

The worst hostel in Dublin. Extramente kitchen is dirty and the bathrooms too, current manager (Aug / 2014) a coarse and rude. The cheap always comes out expensive. Serves not to sleep any night. Not recommend to anyone.

The place wasn't clean but at least we expect to get some tips or some information from the people who work in there....absolutelly the worst experience I had...I hope they can improve in that, is very easy and it doesn't need any investment. They should just know for example the time table to get and come from the AirPort or... More

I was happy to lose money on cancelling my booking rather than stay here. No parking available even though advertised, the room was filthy and you wouldn't want to touch any furniture. There was a train that went past within 15 metres of your window. The area it was situated in felt unsafe. For 9 euros more we got a... More
