Family room was great. Enough comfortable beds for 2 adults and 2 children. Room and ensuite very spacious. Good location for Aviva and bus service to city centre. Catherine was very friendly and Patrick gave helpful advice on best route to the Aviva.

ADARE was truly a home away from home. Catherine and Patrick were warmly helpful and always had time for a little chat. Breakfast was delicious and sumptuous - had a delightful stay. Public transport is within walking distance and there is park nearby for those who want to go out for jog. Main attractions of Dublin are within easy access... More

Friendly welcome and helpful advice for getting around Dublin. Great hospitality as we were allowed to leave the car parked in the yard till late afternoon on the day we checked out in the morning. Good location, walking to city centre possible. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. All facilities were clean, but a bit dusty. Breakfast area unfortunately was not properly... More

We had a wonderful experience with Adare. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location. Short walk to the bus yet located within a beautiful residential area close to everything desired. Patrick and Catherine were very friendly and offered great suggestions for places to dine, things to see and even exceeded our expectation by setting up some... More

Located at a quiet neighbourhood, Adare House felt like home away from home. The triple room was very spacious and Patrick and Catherine were great hosts - sweet, friendly and helpful when it came to recommending us good places to eat. They provided us with big, delicious home-cooked breakfast meals every morning. The aircoach and Dublin Bus stops were less... More

We spent our first three nights in Ireland at Adare House. You can walk or take the bus into downtown Dublin. Adare House is in Ballsbridge in a very quiet location but handy to many things, like an ATM, an upscale grocery store, and a nice pub, McCloskey's. If you go on the Wild Wicklow bus tour, it's a ten... More

My husband and I ended our Ireland trip at Adare. Our stay here was definitely average compared to the rest of our B&B experiences. Pros: The room we stayed in was amazing - huuuuge compared to some of the other B&Bs we stayed at. Great bathroom too. Location is nice. Quiet street out of the city a bit. About 15... More

Patrick and Catherine were excellent host - full of good information, but very professional. This home is well-designed as a B&B, so we had excellent privacy while still feeling the comforts of home, vs. a hotel. The food was great, and directions from the hosts were top-notch. This home is close to city centre, for walking or bus trips. Highly... More

Had a pleasant & enjoyable stay for the 2 nights, 10th & 11th/04/15 as a family. Very convenient location, nice & quiet, just 20 mins walk to the city, less than 10mins walk to Herbert play park so my sons were well pleased & entertained. Excellent service, clean & spotless. Friendly & Welcoming owners - Patrick and Catherine, will definitely... More
