The location was great. Beautiful old buildings in a queit neighborhood. The B & B was beautiful as an antique building with stained glass, huge trim and wood mouldings. The room was grand with a four poster bed, fireplace, modern bathroom, TV and anything you could need. The whole building was very clean, neat and tidy but decorated elegantly. The... More

We stayed here in October 2013 for only two nights but had a nice time. The room was very spacious and we were surprised by the size of the bathroom as well. It was again spacious. We had a bay window overlooking the street. There was no noise to be heard and parking was great since we could park inside... More

Two members of our family have stayed here in this quiet B&B. The area is an easy walk from the city center, Ballsbridge area stores or Donnybrook and Herbert Park is close by. The hosts were welcoming and knowledgeable and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast choices and look forward to staying at Adare again!

A 20-minutes walk from downtown, the Adare B&B is situated in a calm neighbourhood, with the charming little Herbert Park right around the corner (where one can walk or run). We enjoyed our stay a lot, thanks to Patrick and Catherine Coy who run the place with utmost politeness and unobtrusiveness. A very pleasant experience!

Pat and Catherine were lovely hosts in their B&B - Ballsbridge is a great neighborhood in Dublin, safe, easily accessible to the city center. Adare House was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended!

I have to emphasize two personal impressions. The first is that the Adare B&B is located in safe and lovely part of Dublin. The second is that even though I felt very welcome and stayed in someones house, I had my privacy. The room is very clean, and it was regularly cleaned. It was also big and comfortable. I have... We've stayed in Adare B&B for four nights and we don't have any complaints. House is in a very good location, near to city centre and also in very calm location. We've been in a lovely room which was perfectly tidy every day and we've slept better than home. Hosts were very kind people and always helpful. Breakfasts were delicious.... More

We came across Adare B&B when there was the weekend of a big sports event in Dublin and there was virtually no accommodation in the whole lot of the city. We got the best room in the house for a price which was pretty low for accommodation in Dublin. Catherine and Patrick made sure we felt like at home! They... More

We enjoyed 3 nights at Adare. Patrick provided a very warm welcome even if we arrived very late. The location is great. The area is very quiet the city centre not far away. A short trip by bus or a nice walk. If we are comming back to Dublin this will definately be the first address to look at.

I have been staying with Catherine and Patrick for years and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. I spent 4 days in August at the beginnng of my trip with them and the last 9 days of my trip before returning to Texas. I feel like it is my home away from home. Their home is lovely. Bedrooms are nice... More
