We had a room for four with old bunk beds that reminded me of the beds we had in the finnish army, and even they were more comfortable. The springs in the mattresses kept pushing into my stomach and legs while i tried to sleep, the bathroom was filthy and old. The room had windows towards the street so we... More

Having enjoyed staying in various European hostels, we and another couple thought we would try the Times Hostel in order to avoid the overpriced hotels elsewhere in Dublin. In hindsight, we should have paid the extra money to stay elsewhere. Anywhere else! Having checked in, we followed the rabbit warren of stairs and corridors to find our room. We found... More

My stay here was by far the worst hostel experience that I've had and I would strongly advise that you stay somewhere—ANYWHERE—else. My friends and I switched into a private four-person room on the second day of our stay, and shortly afterwards I got into bed to take a quick nap while they were out. First of all, our room... More

The location was awesome, especially for St. Patricks day. The front desk was very helpful with all of our questions. I stayed in a 10 person room and I felt very comfortable. There was a free dinner you could sign up for one night and they always had suggestions for things to do.

We had looked for a roof over the head for one night. And that is exactly what we got. Sort of clean room and friendly service at the front desk. Free wifi was super slow. They serve a continental breakfast with instant coffee, toast, and jam. Unfortunately there is mot enough room in the kitchen for all to sit. Good... More

Stayed at the hostel with three friends on a short weekend break. We booked a four bed room with ensuite, which comprised of two bunk beds. We wanted simple accommodation close to the nightlife and at an affordable price. The hostel fitted the bill perfectly and is just a short stroll to the Temple Bar area. The room was of... More

I've been travelling as a woman on my own, stayed in female 6-bed dorm for 4 nights. I am travelling to Dublin every now and then and know a wide range of Hostels in the Centre (80% "wouldn't go back" experience). Must say: this is one of the good hostels in Dublin city centre I have stayed so far, would... More

I stayed for a night. Staffs were kind and gave me detailed travel information whenever I asked. Stayed in a room for 10 people. The room was spacious and quiet as it was far from a kitchen. Bed was clean too but bit too soft. The location is very good located near bus stop and near center

I see a lot of reviews with poor wifi. I even asked in the counter if wifi is available in the room, they said no, and i have to come to the lobby for wifi but when tried to connect to the wifi from the room it worked well despite staying on the top floor. I think it is well... More
