Firstly I was booking as part of a corporate event. It was the only B and B in the area that could host our guests. After pleading with the owner to accept the booking and payment we finally secured everything. This whole process took 4 weeks. Phone calls and emails were not replied to and miss information was given constantly.... More

He was also helpful in getting one of us a reservation (and ride!) to a nearby barbershop the next day. The rooms were sufficient, though... More

One of the worst experiences of my life... We went out after the first night and we had to search for another hotel at peak date. The Landlord had a bad mood and the receptionist swears a lot. Second day he wanted to get us out of the hotel because of talking while we were smoking out of the hotel.

spent a week there. let's just say it was NOT the best week in my life. he first thing I noticed is that the property's website is so misleading about many stuff: there is no wifi, no wake up call, and most importantly NO HOT WATER. I spent a lot of money everyday on transportation because the place is far... More

I stayed in Lucyswell B&B in June this year, as a treat to myself, as I wanted to spend my Birthday in Dublin, which is where my family are from & is a 2nd home to me. I was met by a charming Lady, who went out of her way to cook a proper Irish Breakfast for Me, as I... More

Lucyswell is an absolutly lovely little B&B a little bit out of town, but the bus stops are very close and you will be in the town in around 20 minutes. Welton is a nice helpful person, the breakfast was great, the room smal but clean and modern. I came in and felt like home. I`ll go to Dublin next... More
