Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of 6 friends. Apartment was clean and warm which was all we were really looking for, but it is pretty tired! Location is good, we got taxis on an evening but you can walk to Temple Bar/ Grafton Street in under half an hour. Supposedly a popular area for prostitutes but can't... More

A group of two couple stayed for a night in Dublin. We arrived late enough and we're heading straight out on the town. Ideal for a trip to Dublin where a hotel wouldn't make sense as we didn't have enough time to actually spend in the hotel and make use of facilities. Lots of space. A lovely living area. Only... Clean, but basic and tired. Cautionary notes; Cold shower, almost non-flushing toilet, intermittent internet (mostly off), dodgy kettle and toaster; noisy neighbours at weekends, our flat seemed to supply water for neighbouring flats as pump in cupboard ran very noisily at odd times - even when we were not running water. Communal hall landing first floor , smelled stale at... More

Stayed here for two nights for a football match because everywhere else was sold out! The apartment is ok, sofas tatty and the kitchen is very basic. Also the water is really annoying, you have to wait for the water to turn on for half an hour before you take your shower, this is especially annoying if there's a lot... More

Position is rather good for visiting Dublin, not really near the center but acceptable if you like walk. The place is big, but the bathroom is not big and not that comfortable. The room are ok, the beds are not comfortable, and in our apartment the room near the bathroom was noisy, so noisy that if someone is in bathroom... More

We chose this accommodation because we were 4 adults and 2 small children, and could have some room and make our own breakfast. It's August and the students are gone. We stayed 2 days. The apartment was sparsely but adequately furnished, except for the beds. We were able to park our car on site (only room for three vehicles). The... More

I was at this apartment complex for 3 days 2 nights in dublin. There was 3 adults and 2 children. It was very nice could use some tlc in the flat and the doors r very thin so you cohld hear everything going on in the halls. Despite this we all got good sleep and the kids never got woke.... More

Drunk students fighting and slamming doors at 5 am. No teacups, kitchen towels, etc., no one at reception all weekend, stained carpet and furniture. After three nights of rowdy drunk students, we are ready to leave. Also, be aware of a 3.5 percent fee the management company charges for paying by credit card in dollars.

Me and my family of for stayed at Lad Lane apartments for 3 nights and we like it. The things we liked most were: - good localization, about 10 minutes walking from Stephen's green - nice kitchen and living room - the kitchen has lots of utilities - they kept our bags after the check out time as we had... Our family of 5 was making a 3 day trip to Dublin off of a regular trip to France, and it was very nice to be able to get an apartment for less than a week. Seems to be mostly student and young professionals in the apartment, it's not really designed for tourists (hence, probably the disappointed ratings). Nice living/dining... More
