This place is run by very friendly and chatty Irish guys who make you feel so welcome........ also gave us loads of helpful and useful tips about how to get around dublin and places to go. Within easy reach of Dublin City centre and the botanic gardens.

Stayed at Botanic Villa for two nights with my mom. Great location to hop on bus into town centre, as well as a delicious pub called Hedigan's up the road. Would rate this B&B between 3.5/4. Sandra and Ken are willing to do whatever needed to help - pointing out bus options, lending me her iPad to book a flight... More

I stayed for 3 nights. April 30th-May 3rd. The owners, Sandra and Ken were very nice and gave me helpful tips navigating around since I was travelling solo and there was a transit strike. The B&B was a very easy walk to city center. An added bonus, it was close to a supermarket and other amnenities. I had a single... More

Recently stayed in the Botanic villa b&b on my first trip to Dublin. The owners were so lovely and welcoming, they went out of their way to make you feel happy and make sure you had the best stay. They were very helpful with advice on how to get places and where to go etc. The rooms were lovely and... More

My parents were staying for few days for Easter and even though they had no English at all, that was no problem for the staff, who were always very thoughtful, welcoming and friendly. It is clean, beds are comfy, nice breakfast. They had great time, I totally recommend it!

I had a great time in Dublin. In Botanic Villa I met really helpfull people. When I arrived on site, Ken gave me very handy city map. Sandra made brilliant breakfast and I could explore Dublin whole day or even longer. :)

We got a really warm welcome and help in organising our stay. The Irish breakfast was excellent and one of the best we got in Ireland. The information provided was helpful. Ken organised for us the taxi to the airport.

We had a wonderful time in Dublin, due mostly to this wonderful bed and breakfast. The owners are great guides and help you acclimate to the city very well. They provide a wonderful Irish breakfast every morning. It was a wonderful experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Botanic Villa. Ken and Sandra were wonderful hosts! Ken even came out to greet us as we were getting out of our taxi to make sure that the cab driver didn't overcharge us! They had tea waiting for us upon arrival. The B&B was located just 10 minutes away from the city by bus... More
