Our stay at the Botanic Villa was bought for us by my partner's mother as a surprise 50th birthday gift for the two of us - and what a gift it was! Even though we arrived late on a Sunday due to flight delays, Ken was there waiting for us to explain all about our room, access and the facilities,... More

In German you would evaluate like this: - warm beds - warm shower (irish preassure :-) ) - great Irish! breakfast that keeps you going for the whole day - with 5 mins walk to Botanic Gardens and 10 mins to city centre by bus - Hadigan's just across the street --> good value for your money in Irish: our... Nice place and honest price, I would go there again if needed, but for anything else you have to pay an extra. The man asked me money also if I want to take one banana, this is not very nice if you consider that the area is not the best and wifi cannot reach my room.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend and our room was spotless. Sandra and Ken made us feel at home and genuinely are 2 of the nicest people we have ever met. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and set us up for the day! The B&B is perfectly located, there is a bus stop outside and you can... More

We stayed here for one week in April. Sandra and Ken gave a great Irish welcome on arrival. Sandra has a lovely manner and also makes the most wonderful breakfast, whilst attending to all our needs. Rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable with free WIFI. Great location, walking distance to O Connell Street. We were made to feel like... More

Lovely b&b and Sandra and Ken were so accommodating. Great for giving tips on where to go and how to get there. And for organising our taxi to the airport when we left. Accommodating for someone with a food allergy as well.

Sanda and Ken were wonderful! They were beyond hospitable! My sister and I arrived earlier than expected and they were more than willing to accommodate. They helped us nagivate the city and were great at recommending places to eat. I accidentally left my money belt there; they contacted me right away and were willing to hold it for me until... More

We capped off a two week adventure in the UK/Republic of Ireland with a stay at the Botanic Villa. Sandra and Ken were great hosts! They were able to give us some very good recommendations on how we should spend our three days touring Dublin. The breakfast was superb, and the rooms were very comfortable. We look forward to returning... More

Great place to stay in Dublin! Sandra is lovely! delicious breakfast and great people. Close to public transportation and very close to the city center. Would stay there again next time I visit Dublin. Thank you sooo much Sandra, me and Veronica had a great time in your place.
