No complaints, a nice breakfast offering and a decent room for good value with en-suite toilet/sink. Shared shower, though I rarely encountered anyone else at my wake-up times. Complimentary tea/coffee 24/7. Would recommend to travelers staying in Dublin.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and felt at home straight away. Very warm and comfortable rooms. Sandra and Ken were the perfect hosts. They were happy to offer advice and help with our travel plans and provided a delicious breakfast for us each morning. Would highly recommend that anyone visiting Dublin stay in this lovely villa.

Booked it at the last minute to stay up the night before a competition. All I wanted was a clean quiet room & this place delivered. If I'm ever staying in this part of Dublin again I'd Definitely rebook here. Cheap, cheerful & friendly. No complaints.

We had a funny and fantastic time in Dublin. Felt at home straight away. Got good tips for trips in town and just around the corner for example "The Grave Digger". (Don't miss to ask for the whole story about the pub.) Ken tryed to stuff us with food every single morning and took care of our car. It's always... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked this last minute and Sandra was very helpful and gave us great directions to get there. Right from the moment we stepped in we felt at home. Our stay was pleasant form start to finish and we did not want to leave. We were sad to say goodbye but i'm sure we... More

We had a 3 night stay in the Botanic Villa this past August. We are a Family of 5 adults and were very comfortable in our double & triple en suite rooms. The owner Sandra Crean and her Associate Ken could not be more helpful and accommodating. I felt like they were our relatives. They run this B & B... More

We stayed in Botanic Villa for a few days visit to Dublin. We've got two double ensuite rooms. The price was pretty good comparing to similar structures. Now, this place defines an excellent B&B. The house is part of a typical long apartment building which you can find everywhere in Ireland or GB. So the rooms and bathrooms are small... More

My husband and I stayed here in September 2013. This is a nice little B&B a short bus ride from the city center. It is right near the Botanic Gardens and the Glasnevin Cemetery, which is absolutely worth seeing if you can fit it in! If you are a walking person you could even walk to the city center in... More

A comfortable place, short bus ride into the city, and great breakfast! Sandra and Ken are great hosts, and made us feel at home. They even noticed my wife's damp hair in the morning and offered to lend a hair dryer of their own. Food in the morning is cooked however you like, and very tasty. Rooms are small, but... More
