Nice clean room with secure motorbike parking(very important for us) . Breakfast good value, friendly staff. Good value for money. Showers had plenty of hot water. On city bus route, ideal for popping into town. Close to ferry terminal.

I booked this guesthouse on May 8th for one night for a wedding on the August bank holiday 2015 that was in a local hotel close by. On arriving on Saturday my booking could not be found, the member of staff who was a pleasant girl but not great English even asked me to look at book to make sure... More

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but very tired. The linen was quite worn but clean. The beds are terrible and lumpy. Good situation for easy of getting into Dublin but not a lot of places to eat round and about

I stayed in this B&B for two nights. In total I payed 160 euros plus 5 euros per day for Irish breakfast. We really liked the area where it is located ( approx 15 minutes by bus from the city centre). It is just in front of a very relaxing walk/park. The room was of a very decent size and... More

We chose here because location was ideal for our needs for one night and nowhere else nearby could take 7 of us. We would never return. We needed to leave for airport before breakfast so asked if we could help ourselves to the continental breakfast included. We were shown the kitchen but very little available, cheap orange juice and white... More

Cold night and room with no heater. Poorly insulated. Like in a tent. Did not sleep well due to cold despite extra blanket. Overpriced for what it is. Breakfast only available from 9.00 At 45euros a night this is not acceptable
