We booked a double room ensuite, the room was clean but very basic. No table, no chair , no wardrobe....We didn't booked a 5 star hotel, but at least somenthing more could be in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the only positive thing there. Location of the hostel is ok, as it is near to Temple... More

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Kitchen was not clean at all But worst of all: the rooms are small so you need to sleep with open windows if you don't want to suffocate. But the student-bar around the corner plays loud music all night! Without earplugs it's impossible to sleep before 0400.. Every single day of the week. Please.. Don't go... More

The hostel very nice and the room I stayed in was clean and was recently renovated. The beds are comfortable and there are free earplugs at the reception, so the sleep is good. There is a pub nearby which plays loud music, so the earplugs are necessary. The breakfast is not included and costs 3?. It is not bad, but... More

I knew I'd like it when I saw the sign "Guitar can be hired from reception." The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the place was clean and tidy every day despite so many people passing through, and the atmosphere was like a shared house more than a hotel. Superb value for money and a pleasant time,... More

It's a nice hostel, close to the city centre (5 main by feet), very clean, the bathroom is nice for an hostel. Their is a nice kitchen where you can cook when you want a nice living room, the staff is cool and from everywhere in Europe, and they organise events every night. I recommend the place!

I have never been abroad before nor stayed at a hostel and I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit to the Times Hostel. The rooms and bathrooms were fairly spacious and clean and the people were amazingly nice and helpful. I loved meeting so many students and travelers from everywhere in the world. It was a great experience. I... More

The hostel was in a good location, just off of St Stephen's Place. It was clean and modern. The reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. However no wardrobe and only 4 hooks between the two of us. And the worse thing was the extremely loud club, about 25 metres away,... More

Best hostel staff I've ever come across, not just friendly and helpful but just lovely people! Made the weekend so easy. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and there was free tea in the kitchen. However the rooms were super basic - no mirrors, shelves, hooks, bins - really simple things that make a difference. There were storage crates for each... More

Wish we had seen "Kzamamis'" review: it is accurate. We like to party, and, we need to sleep eventually too. Sorry, for the poor rating - to be clear - its a lovely, clean, building in a lovely area of Dublin. But to be honest - the fact that the pubs and parties next door and the very thin walls... More
