Stayed here one last week. The staff were super friendly and provided some excellent tips for Dublin. The Bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious in the morning, good coffee, some freshly orange juice, croissants, and two duck eggs. This was included in the room price. I will be back.

Had a lovely one night stay this week. Fabulous friendly staff especially Laura at reception. Breakfast was delicious. Room although small was perfect and decorated beautifully. Only issue was the shower which wasn't great. We will be returning .

We stayed 2 nights in September at The Cliff Townhouse and had a beautiful room looking out on St. Stephens Green. Staff was always ready with suggestions for dining. One of the finest pubs in Ireland was only one block away with great food and live traditional Irish music. The hop-on hop-off bus is just outside the front door, and... More

We spent 3 nights here and found the location to be great! Located next to St. Stephens Green, we had no trouble catching the hop on hop off bus or walking to many great places and restaurants. The breakfast that comes with the rooms was lovely. As has been mentioned, the lift does not go directly to the rooms, so... More

Wonderful staff and good breakfast. Not many amenities so be prepared to feel like you've gone back in time. It is close to everything and the staff is accommodating as you could expect. Although renovated, it's still a bit behind the times. No air conditioning so if it's warm be prepared to leave the windows open.

First off, the location of this hotel is great for exploring Dublin. The hotel is right across from St. Stephen's Green and a short walk to Grafton Street, Trinity College and the rest the city has to offer. It is also right next door to a 24-hour Starbucks for those that need a constant coffee fix. The breakfasts included with... More

The Cliff Townhouse was the last stay of our 17-day tour of Ireland, and it was a great two-night end to the trip. It's in an old Georgian house, and it is perfectly located across from St. Stephen's Green and a block from Grafton St.--very walkable. Small room, but large bathroom, and all amenities provided. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfasts,... More

Visited here today with my Parents. We had reserved a table for the Afternoon Sea, assorted seafood served on a cake stand. We arrived early so had a drink at the Oyster Bar. When our table was ready, we were shown the menu and ordered our wine. For €25 per person, Afternoon Sea can be enjoyed with a glass of... More

Booked lunch for a large family group aged from 8 to 80. When we arrived, we were slightly fewer than had been advised - no problem! Tables were slightly rearranged and the children given an adjacent table to themselves, which they loved. Given the range of palates and preferences, some guests ordered from the set lunch menu, some from the... More
