The apartment we had (no 43) was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well equipped (salt, peper, coffee, tea, dish washer including tablets and enough pans to cook a meal). The location is also good, multiple supermarkets just next door and just around the corner from O'Conells street. The only huge drawback is the boiler, we have not had warm... More

When booking a last minute business trip I just assumed that there would be some hotel accommodation available in Dublin, but ‘no’, all the usual places I would have stayed reported that they were fully booked (it turns out that Roger Waters was playing at the Aviva Stadium). Stretching the search further I came across the Ivy Exchange Apartments (I... More

Coming from a fast paced week in London, to a short two day stopover, my friends and I arrived in Dublin exhausted and in need of a good bed, relaxation and a nice break before returning home to the states. We got out of the taxi with all of our suitcases and had some trouble finding the offices, but we... More

One of these Ivy Exchange apartments was advertised on airbnb by Anastasia Doran and the accommodations were appalling. Like any apartment I suppose it comes down to how many people are crammed into it and this place was packed ie. 2 rooms housing 4, me in the shoe box and Ana and her bo in the lounge room/kitchen/bedroom. The room... More

The main difficulty on arrival is finding a parking space to unload outside the apartments. We'd already reserved a space in the underground car park at 10 euros a day which was right under the apartments and accessed with the apartment keys. The apartment itself was very spacious and light with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In our opinion, it... More

we booked two nights in Ivy apartments for Two mums and two teenagers looking for a shopping break. Just the day before going to Dublin I decided to look up tripaadvisor to see what others had to say. I was horrified to read that others had terrible experience and even thought of cancelling the trip! We decided to go ahead... More

When booking two 2-bedroom 2-bath apartments (one with a washer/dryer), the website showed modern apartments with new, clean furniture. We were told ahead of time that the units with the washer/dryer were across the street, which was okay. Upon arrival, part of our family stayed in the room with 2 bed 2 bath (without washer) near Tesco in the ACTUAL... More

Do not be fooled by the web site I am submitting this review simply as a warning to anyone who might be considering accommodations in the Ivy Exchange complex through stayDublin. Our experience only confirms substandard service provided by this organization as identified by the previous reviews. Despite the protestations of Ms Deirdre Treacy, General Manager, it was obvious to... More

We stayed for 3 nights in July (2 adults and 2 children). The carpeting in the common areas is filthy and gives a terrible first impression. Don't expect the apartment to look like the ones on the website. We had no trouble finding the apartment but the directions that we received about how to access the apartment were incorrect. Luckily... More

We recently stayed there in a 3 bedroom apartment. I have never been so motivated to write a letter of complaint to the management of the facility. That was more than 2 weeks ago, I have had no reply; despite me following it up. I have never posted on Trip advisor before, and we have vacationed all over the world,... More
