Called in here for a few drinks during the build up to the recent American college clash at Croke Park. The place was bunged to the rafters, well to be honest everywhere was bunged to the rafters but great service and crack, Formerly Farringtons I believe.

I will attempt an even-handed overview of what occurred during our stay. All of what I write here exempts Darren, one of the bar men who was truly kind, courteous, and helpful. Aside from the soup, he is the best thing going for this place. After an incredibly unfortunate journey we arrived 15 hours later than expected--weary and tired. The... More

Went to the Temple Bar district for grub, beer, Irish music and to see the world cup football. Was pottering around to find a lively bar yet quiet atmosphere to have dinner and stumbled upon the Norseman Pub as it is known at present. Hubby and i opted to come here as it feels right with a friendly ambience and... More

i stayed in this hotel for only one night and my stay was outstanding. we arrived at the hotel before check in time and our room was expedited to be cleaned first in order to get us into our room first. The room was spotless and the view was amazing with a mix of the river and the road. I... More

Great value, excellent room and good service! Right in the middle of the Temple Bar district (which yes is a bit of tourist trap but still worth the look) and close to all the sights in Dublin. You will get the night noise but that really didn't bother us. The best value place we have stayed in since our time... More

We were booked to stay at Farringtons for two nights, but unfortunately the first night that we were due to stay there was a problem with the room. The staff were incredibly helpful with this, and the manager booked us a room to stay at a different hotel while we sat and had a free pint in the bar. The... More

Lovely accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were a good size and had very comfortable beds. Location was brilliant with everything you need on your doorstep. Will definitely be coming back :) From the two London girls.

This pub became a favorite of mine on my trip to Dublin. It has an excellent range of beer and the live music is very good. The whole pub has a nice friendly atmosphere and is not as loud as other places on Temple Bar.
