Stayed for 3 nights. Friendly and helpful staff, brilliant, safe walking location for both town centre (10 mins) and Aviva stadium (20 mins), good shower pressure, warm and comfortable room. A tiny bit of updating in the room (uneven mattresses) would make this a perfect 5 all round, but regardless, I highly recommend it. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, just off Baggot Street ( plenty of eateries and bars) - but far enough away to be away from the revellers. Great period property, nice staff. No breakfast facilities - other than the restaurant downstairs. Not such a problem as there are tea and coffee facilities and plenty of choice of cafes 5 minutes walk away. Could do... More

Stayed there 2 nights. Lovely Georgian townhouse. We asked for a ground floor room and so we got what once-upon-a-time was the main parlor of the house. It was a large room (400+ s.f.) and had a fireplace (not working), 15-foot ceiling, king size bed, Wifi and huge windows. While we agree with some of the previous comments about b]needing... More

We stayed four nights and had two rooms for our party. One on the main floor and one on the 2nd. The place is tired, desperately needs upgrading, better ventilation. Furnishings are tacky and outdated. Location is fairly good, just a short walk (by our standards) to St. Stephen's Green. But traffic? Street noise? The first two nights an alarm... More

I was very disappointed and actually regretting booking this hotel. I had issues before even arriving at the hotel as I was charged a fee on the day of booking, even though there is no warning that a 'card authorisation' charge will be made. When we arrived at the hotel the man at the front desk pointed at me and... More

We stayed at this guest house twice as the location was perfect. the staff most helpful, we were lucky enough to get a spacious room on the ground floor which was very clean, the traffic noise did not worry us but it is on a busy road. No breakfast but there were a lot of nearby places to eat. Price... More

Pity as the staff were very engaging and helpful but why should the desk clerk have to double up as a porter in order to get your suitcase up to the fourth floor attic? Ours was supposedly the quietest room and with double glazing much sound was blocked, but then the stuffiness of the room meant you were forced to... More

Last minute booking with little to no research brought me here... and it’s a mixed bag. Plus points: Cheap - 66 Euros (about £50) for a triple room with just me in it [number 23, I think… a bit noisy, overlooking a charming fire escape and busy road junction] Location - central and lots of bars etc within a short...
