I stayed here my first 4 nights in Dublin. I was first given a room on the ground floor but I preferred a quieter room so they gave me Room 44 on the 4th floor, a more spacious and quieter room (thanks Vimen!). I slept well as I adjusted to the 8 hour time change. Nice, clean room with a... More

My family and I stayed here for two nights in July 2015 and it does what it says on the tin. Not a hot, but instead a grand old Georgian townhouse. The location is excellent and the staff are really very friendly, but there are no frills attached. You pay for a room and you get a room (and free... More

Stayed here as my normal hotel and others were fully booked due to and exhibition. Road works going on outside so was very noisy all night. Not the hotels fault though. Pleasant greeting on arrival. Room okay. Hotel doesn't do breakfast! Good location but needs a bit of TLC and it could be a great boutique and unique hotel. Cost... More

We stay to nights. It is clean little hotel in the city and if you stay in the city it is of course a bit loud from the outside. I cannot understand the people who want to stay in near the city and expect a quite room! The bathroom is clean and bigger as I expect it. The staff is... More

I spent 2 nights at this hotel on a trip with a friend. The firs thing to say is that the location is the winning factor: everything you want to see is in easy striking distance and it's close to the main bus routes. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful - they gave some good recommendations for places to... More

This is not a hotel but a former mansion that has 12 guest rooms, no elevator. I wanted this location and paid just $120 per night for three nights - a bargain for this area. There is a tiny reception desk just inside the front door, and each receptionist was helpful and kind. You get a key for your room... More

Just stayed 3 nights at Fitzwilliam Townhouse. Noise was terrible and seemed the place had not been updated in years. Not recommended, but cheap place. Better places and locations. Breakfast is at cafe next door.

There are good reviews of this property and it must be because people did not stay on the 4th floor. Please note that there is no elevator in this property, although our receptionist was kind enough to take our luggage. The room needs repair, new carpet, wall cracks to be fixed. the shower door fell off when I tried to... More
