My friend and I had a quick stopover in Donegal Town on an Ireland road trip, and booked Drumcorry House online. Check-in was easy, and we were warmly greeted by the owner. We had a beautiful room with two beds and an ensuite. Breakfast was delicious, with many options other than the traditional Irish breakfast. We were also treated to... More

Short stopover in Donegal as a waypoint on our way from Galway to Northern Irish coast. Great little spot as a change of pace. It's outside Donegal town and you will need a car to make your way in. Beautiful views and you have the sheep farm and sheep dogs one property over. That was the selling point for us... More

We stayed two nights. Friendly keeper and very jummy breakfast with hommeade brwon-bread and homemeade marmelade. Nice and clean room. Very close from Donegal (5-10 min by car). In the evening, when we were tired, we heard a dog barking and howling.

My wife and I stayed here in July 2015...its a few miles outside of town but is quiet and in a beautiful setting. The hosts were friendly, the rooms were clean and modern with in room bathrooms. We stayed in the very last room down the hall....there was a large amount of cabinet storage around the bed if you needed... More

We stayed at Drumcorroy House for one night with our dog. We hadn't booked in advance and were glad that one room was still free. It is hard to find places to stay with a dog in Ireland but Martina was very welcoming. The house and the rooms are spotless. A very good breakfast (we could choose between different variations)... Great place. Very clean. Great room, Best bathroom and shower we had in Ireland. Owners, Martina & Patsy O'Sullivan fantastic people. Patsy (Patrick) gives sheepdog demonstrations for tour bus people. While there it was time for annual sheep shearing which we got to watch. I am very interested in farming even though I am not one. Patsy and I had... More

From the moment you arrive, Martina makes you feel at home. She shares about the area and makes sure you have good recommendations for dinner. We stayed for two nights and were so glad that we did. Martina treated us to porridge (oatmeal) with a shot of Bailey's instead of milk. It was AMAZING! Her homemade brown bread was also... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Drumcorry for a night during our vacation to Ireland and loved it here! The view from the house is beautiful. The room and bathroom was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Everything was clean and welcoming and breakfast was great! It was a pleasure sitting and talking with Martina over tea and... Drumcorroy House is bungalow typical of homes in rural Ireland and Martina and her husband Patsy treat one as a unique and welcome guest expressing genuine pleasure that you have chosen to stay with Martina, the perfect hostess, pleased to show the comforts of the spotlessly clean but warm and cheerful home that they achieved together as they reared their,... Our party of 4 adults have just greatly enjoyed a 4-day stay at Drumcorroy. Martina is an excellent hostess. Breakfasts, accommodation and views from the house were splendid. An unusual attraction we also enjoyed was a sheep dog handling demonstration by Patsy.
