My husband and I honeymooned in Ireland and Northern Ireland and we found the Cranny Manor on a whim, hadn't booked in advance so we didn't know much about the place. Decided to book a quiet and relaxing weekend in Donegal and we stayed in Cranny Manor House. It was so beautiful there. The hosts of the house were so friendly and the food was excellent. Spent 2 nights in August at Cranny Manor. 'Wished it had been at least a week! Emily and Dennis Dolan are superb hosts, and greeted us with a homemade tea by the fire. They have 2 charming and well behaved dogs, a donkey, and 3 outdoor cats. The property is large and secluded, and is situated alongside the river. The... more
