I stayed here whilst attending a Gaelic Football match in Ballybofey and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was fantastic, extremely comfortable bed, the views across Donegal Town are superb and the breakfast was very tasty. I would thoroughly recommend this B&B. (My stay was in March 2010 but the travel calendar only goes back a year!)
What a perfect place for two farm couples - one from Derry and one from British Columbia - to renew a long-standing friendship - the tranquility of the countryside, the comfortable rooms, the coziness of the lounge fireplace, the superb meals, and the gracious welcome and service provided by Sarah and Theresa. This is a graciously hosted, superlatively comfortable, impeccably clean guesthouse in a beautiful setting. The meals are wonderful. It is a short drive from the central part of Donegal Town
The accommodation was of excellent quality and was set in a lovely quiet spot overlooking the countryside around Donegal town. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfasts were good and the evening meal provided was good and reasonably priced.
Very nice thanks. Did not eat at restaurant but got great advice on dinner options.
Wonderful stay! Theresa and staff were amazing. Only stayed one night, wish it was longer. Ate dinner in the restaurant - so gourmet and delicious. Breakfast was great too! Rooms were so clean and comfy. Loved the internet access. Definitely would recommend.
Just had the most remarkable 2 night stay here. My mother & I were going to a wedding close by and this was the perfect spot to lay our heads down. Teresa was so helpful & kind throughout our stay. The rooms were fresh & clean and as for the food in their restaurant?? Yum Yum!! The pan fried Hake...

We stayed at Ard na Breatha while attending a wedding at Solis Lough Eske (fairly nearby, though not walking distance). The property is nicely appointed, rooms are comfortable, and I would generally consider it to be good value for money.
The double bed was two singles pushed together, which generally is not to my liking - a mattress topper would...
