Dorothy and Paddy could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. Our room was immaculate and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay there again! Thank you, Dorothy and Paddy for your hospitality. By the way, we were their last guests for the season in November, 2023 and I can’t imagine being taken care of any better!

Pat and Dorothy were great hosts. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive and Pat made us very welcome. We booked 2 rooms, both were very comfortable and well presented. Good quality towels, nice warm showers etc Breakfast was lovely, Irish Cooked breakfast although 2 of us just had scrambled eggs - both were very hearty and well cooked. Would recommend and would definitely stay again when we next visit the area.

On our Wild Atlantic Way trip, this was our overnight stay in Donegal Town. We were welcomed in by Paddy and Dorothy, very friendly couple. Paddy even offered us a lift into town for the evening. It was a very comfortable stay, nice comfortable beds and pillows. Private bathroom. Parking off-street and private. Very safe. Breakfast was brilliant, bacon and eggs etc, cereals, toast, tea and juice. Would definitely recommend when staying in Donegal Town.

Spent 3 nights with Paddy and Dorothy for a family Party in Donegal. The welcome we got was fantastic rooms were warm and clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was unbelievable set us up for the whole day. In fact the amount of food we were given at breakfast meant we didn’t have to eat until the evening. Paddy and Dorothy even dropped us all into town every evening making at least 2 trips most nights. Would highly recommend staying at Haywoods if you are planning a trip to Donegal.

We booked 3 rooms (twin and two singles) and everyone was happy, spotlessly clean, bright airy and comfortable beds. Breakfasts were top notch each morning and individual tastes were catered for. Dorothy and Paddy were genuinely interested in our schedules and interests, and in my opinion, they are great examples of what BnB hosts are supposed to be. For our next stay in Donegal, Haywoods will be our choice of BnB

Would recommend staying at this bnb, it was very homely, owner offered to bring us into town if we wanted to go for food, and the lady of the house couldnt be more helpful in the morning before we set off. Great breakfast, had a great stay and will be back!
