We had everything we needed during our one-night stay, including a parking space. Brendan and Patricia were helpful and friendly and the breakfast filled us up for the day. A comfortable and welcoming B&B.

Lovely people, great food, nice walk to the city which is good to burn off the lovely breakfast. Very warm and welcoming couple, let us stay despite us booking the wrong date! Beautiful decor. Highly recommended

I ve spent a night here and was good, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and so the owners. Car park a bit small: you can only park 4 cars and no sign of another car park nearby. Very nice decorations

We stopped here two nights in late summer, first time back in Cork in many years. Great location, ideal for wandering around the city, very hospitable hosts, comfortable room, excellent breakfast — it'd be hard to beat.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were adequate and the owners were very hospitable. Breakfast was enjoyable with a friendly atmosphere and great interaction between guests with lots of exchanges on places to visit.

We stayed here for two nights in June for the Irish Open, when accommodation was hard to find. The owner Brendan told us he had only one small double room left and we booked over the phone. When we arrived we were greeted by Patricia who showed us the room and checked we were satisfied as this was their smallest... More

The room we were provided with required climbing 3 levels of stairs which was not identified until arrival and this was disappointing as we had heavy large suitcases. Also there was no on site parking for our whole stay which was one of our requirements when booking. The room and dining area were pleasantly clean and well serviced.

We love the decoration of the house, good taste. The house is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. UCC is just opposite the road, and it is also easy to get in to the town. Breakfast was nicely presented and delicious, with a generous portion as well. The pancake is highly recommended!

Very welcoming venue with tea and coffee offered on arrival. Rooms were very clean but very warm over night probably due to exceptionally hot weather. The house had some very nice period furniture to add character.

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous B&B - Brenden and Patricia are wonderful hosts and the house is simply gorgeous! Finding it can be a bit tricky simply because of all the construction and the one-way streets in Cork but once you are there it's easy to get around and everything is within walking distance of the house.
