We are three girls from Germany who stayed in Lisadell house in Cork for one night this February. The owner welcomed us warmly and was as kind as possible, providing us with useful advices for the evening in Cork. We stayed in a three-bed room which was very clean and cosy, as well was the bathroom ensuite with shower included.... More

Our double room was Very tired and in need of a refurbishment , bed very comfortable. Left to earl for breakfast and no discount was offered ! Parking is a little tight and straight onto main road. Rear view not good.

As a national driver guide i stay in B&Bs all over the country. I find it very difficult to remember a single room as poorly presented and PRICED as this one. At booking the person couldnt figure out my phone number from their mobile to confirm the booking. On arrival access and parking from a busy wide main road is... More

My mom and I loved our stay at Lisadell. Our room was cozy, with a beautiful view. The rooms are very clean and the beds are expertly comfortable. There's an electric kettle and a few delicious teas included in the room. The couple that run the B&B are lovely and very helpful. They made us feel right at home. I... More

We stayed here for one night on the Oct bank holiday weekend. We found the owners very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit out dated but very clean and we were given a nice breakfast in the morning. We also got a lift into Cork City from the owners son so we could have a meal.

I am very disappointed with the lissadell House b&b . The gentleman that I dealt with was very rude and would not listen to its customer. I would not recommend it to anybody. Of what I have heard speaking to other people in connection with this b&b they have felt the same. The irish warmth does not reach this b&b.... More

This cosy B&B is about 20 minutes walking from the city center. It is very close to the University and close to saint Fin barre's cathedral. Breakfast is good. Rooms are quite good. Unfortunately they don't provide shampoo and body gel, only hand soap. The owner is very kind and helpful. A disadvantage is that you must pay only cash!
