We had afternoon tea and it was the worst we ever had, stale sandwiches, Madeira cake worse than a cheap cafe, tea not hot enough, supposed to be €14 a head normally, we got it for €10 for 2 with groupon and it wasn't even worth that.

We got a great deal for these rooms at the weekend. From the time we arrived all the staff were really friendly, especially the blonde receptionist who shared her Ferraro rocher with us! Got a great deal - 113 Euro for double room for weekend 9th and 10th Dec 2011
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a nice and relaxed old world charm about it. Food in the bar was good value and tasty. I had the Fish Pie, which was a Sea Food Chowder topped with a lair of Puff Pastry....
