We spent 5 nights in their self catering and found it an ideal spot to explore Cork and there are plenty of on-site activities to keep the kids entertained..pool with a great slide, tennis, crazy golf, pool table etc. They have activities for younger kids in the on-site bar alternate nights...magic shows, music, balloon making, etc. The accommodation is basic... Stayed in the Student Apts (which we knew about in advance) - got a 5 night grabone deal. First the negatives. Accom was studently - small and not that well maintained tbh. The bed sheets didn't look changed and there was some mould in the kitchen presses. The bathroom shower was tiny and didn't work. (We only discovered this on... More

Stayed here in July, on a grab one voucher 129e for 3 nights which i will add was honoured as it was a few days out of date so I was given a cancellation. though on purchasing the voucher it was advertised as self catering accommodation, it was only after I goggled Brook field that I realised it was in... Just back from a 5 night break and wanted to put up a more recent review of this place. Was a bit hesitant booking, because some of the older reviews are not the best, but got a great deal (€190 for 5 night self catering) Firstly, it is in an excellent location, 10min on bus from city, also 5 min.... Our family of 5 stayed in the apartments here for 3 weeks. The apartments are basic but they provide a great alternative to a hotel room as there is great space and the facilities onsite are good. The location is central enough, there is a bus stop just outside which gets you into the city quickly, close to the Wilton... More

We stayed in this apartments/hotel for 7 nights last year. First impressions were very bad. It looked like any ordinary apartment complex. Then we noticed all the rooms in the apartment had locks on each door. It was then we realised that this was Student Accomodation during the school year. The apartment had been only a quick clean. There was... More

we stayed here for 4 nights and selected it because of the leisure center and play area for kids. The weather in Ireland cannot be trusted and we thought its best to stay in an hotel with activities for kids so that even if we can't go out because of the rains, the kids can enjoy in the hotel itself.... I stayed in this hotel with my partner and our 1 yr old baby. The hotel itself is small and rooms are fairly dated. Upon arriving I got the impression that the hotel isn't very well staffed, however the few staff that were there were extremly helpful and appeared to be working very hard. The price of the hotel was... More
