I stayed here last Friday having booked a function room for an event I was hosting. Not only did staff put up with me getting narky but they were gracious and helpful all the way. The room I stayed in (417) was fantastic and the whole ambience of the hotel is nice with a great design and furnishing.

The hotel is in the centre of Cork, close to all the amenities. The hotel staff were warmly welcoming, efficient and courteous.
