The belvedere lodge is a great bnb. The staff were consistently very friendly and always willing to help. The actual lodge is in a good location just out of town with a bus stop directly across the road. We didn't have a car and never found any time delays. Though cork buses appear to be notoriously late. The breckfasy is... More

It's a simple b&b with really competitive prices when compared with the nearby hotels. Old but not decadent, clean, nice staff, great breakfast, decent size parking, free wifi in all rooms. Close-ish to the city center.

We recently had to travel to cork under sad circumstances, but were really impressed by the welcome we received by Vince and the team who made our stay that bit more special! he was so helpful obtaining bus timetables ,and arranging taxi's for us,what a gentleman! Our room was on the ground floor with a beautiful garden view, it must... More

My friend and I stayed here for 1 night in June, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the building itself was just lovely. The room was so comfortable, with lots of space, and 2 large armchairs to relax in. We had such a delicious breakfast in the morning in their quaint little dining room/... More

Praise to Belvedere Lodge B and B. Ideally located a short drive from Cork City Centre with ample Parking. Stayed on Friday 7th November as I had a Wedding in the Silversprings Hotel which is a short walk away, So close I could see Hotel from B and B Bedroom Window. Didn't stay in Silversprings as they were charging either... More

we booked here after reading reviews on tripadvisor. we weren't diappointed. we were very comfortable in our room, and breakfast was superb. Overall, service from the time we arrived to our departure, was prompt and friendly. Plenty of parking for cars too.

I have traveled to every continent on the planet (with the exception of antartica) and have never posted an online review. This time I had to take time to do so. Since this got such good reviews overall, and the price was reasonable, I felt confident it would be a good choice. Unfortunately, all the bad reviews posted here are... More

I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. Curious because people on Tripadvisor had given it a high grading but the price I found to be very attractive so I decided to book. It is a very impressive Victorian mansion and the inside breathe Irish. Lovely and clean room with little goodies. Spacious and very cosy... After a good night's... More

Breakfast was superb. The quality, taste and variety must be the best in Ireland right now. Everything else was excellent, comfortable and well fitted out, and it's always a nice bonus when you get a bath in a B&B. That said, the fittings aren't the newest, there were definitely a few spider webs on the bathroom ceiling, and there are... More

As a frequent business traveller, i get to stay in all sorts of accomodation, hotels, b&b's, guesthouses etc, but in all that time I have yet to come across a guesthouse that is as good as or matches the belvedere lodge in cork. Its not modern, but it has everything a modern hotel has, the main difference is the personal... More
