The staff are kind, and the breakfasts are amazing. I loved the potato paddies the best! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with lovely views. (And they leave delicious hot chocolate that is not to be missed in your room, trust me on this it's amazing). A short walk to the shopping area of Cork. Definitely recommend Belvedere for your... We stayed here for one night along the way to Dublin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop close by and it's very inexpensive to get into town using the bus. A taxi costs a great deal more, as expected but the staff are able to call one if needed. The breakfast in the morning was... More

Nice and friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms. Fresh towels and cleaning up the rooms every day. A helpful and smiling staff.A wonderful tearoom and really good breakfast table. We will be back again another time to visit this lovely town and this beautiful country.

We stay for nights and could not fault it, the B&B was fantastic value for money! The room was very large and clean it had a lovely garden view, we had breakfast included, lots to choose from full Irish, cereals, fruit, yogurts, cheese and breads yummy! The area was a bit run down but perfect for a base we spent most... More

We spend only 1 night in Guest house and would Thank You all Staff - that was nice and quiet stay. Breakfast was fresh and nice. We had big room - 1 double and 2 single beds (beds were comfy), rooms was clean. Also we had tea, coffe, hot chocolate, sugar;milk and TikTak chocolate bars. That is very nice. Thank You!

Well, lets start at the point that the mentioned B&B is nowhere from the "city" centre, along with another hotel that is quite close to it. If you will not come by car that you can use to go to the city or anywhere else, in that case you can "dig yourself", as there is only a rough road and... More

The Belvedere is surprisingly quiet considering the location next to the main road and a flyover. We looked onto the nicely laid out garden so I can't vouch for the outside facing rooms. The room was large with tea making facilities and sofa and armchair. The staff were all polite and very helpful. The full Irish breakfast was a good... More

I have been travelling to Cork for years for work reasons. Many years ago I stumbled across Belvedere Lodge. What a find. The family are so welcoming. If you are not driving it is a bit far from town. Breakfast is always fabulous . Better than most 4 Star Cork Hotels

Whenever I visit Cork I stay here. This is not my usual practice as I enjoy trying out different hotels but there is something so compelling about the Belvedere that I have become a repeat guest. It just has real character. I cannot help but be charmed by the tea cosies on tea pots in the morning, large bottles of... More

Stayed one night at the Belvedere Lodge. This B& B was our first on a 10 night tour of Ireland, so didn't have a lot to compare it with. After reading what B&B's could be like in Ireland, I was excited to have a room with a bed, shower, and a TV. This B&B was comfortable enough, although after experiencing... More
