Stayed here at Halloween last year... Staff were very helpful, room service was quick & reasonably priced. The rooms were nice & comfortable maybe every so slightly dated! Certainly one of the better 3 star hotels I've stayed in & would recommend it over the likes of the Clarion.

The receptionists here are helpful, but there aren't enough of them and they don't let you in to your room even 1 minute before 3pm.
