I was very happy with my stay in this hotel my room was fantastic & the staff were very friendly. I would definatly stay in this hotel again & more then likely always stay in the Metropole anytime I do need to stay in the city. more

This hotel is in a great location for Cork - central to the city, near the bus station and at one of the drop-off points of the Airport Shuttle Bus. The rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated, and the adjoining leisure club is excellent. The staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast waiting staff. The only drawback was the noise.... more

While visiting Cork we stayed in the Gresham Metropole which was relatively easy to find having initially gotten a little lost making our way into the City. Irish road signs!!! There is no carpark directly immediately underneath the hotel but they do have some deal with a multistory right beside the hotel which was priced at €7.50 for 24 hours.... more

Lovely hotel very smart furnishings etc. Very comfortable room, well furnished and very clean. Helpful staff, great location for shopping, restaurants etc. Lots to see in the city and stunning countryside a short drive away.
