Can you have no rating?? It was dirty, run down, no towels, no soap, stained mattresses, sheets so thin you could see the stains through them, no reception you have to check in at the bar downstairs. Worst place I've ever witnessed. Should have slept in the car and used the pay toilets on the street. NO JOKE. Only positive...better... More

We needed budget accommodations and I will give them props for being cheap and for having a pretty good fry up for breakfast. However, everything else was not okay, it wasn't clean, there wasn't a proper place to check in, the toilet stopped working and so much more. I really just suggest paying a little extra fro something else.

Room upstairs, with no lift: number 105. Carpet super filty. Toilet NEVER cleaned. There was a hair in the seat. I did'nt even sit on it. Buff, I could CATCH everything if I sat there. The shower DIDN'T WORK. And there was another HAIR on it. It hadn't been cleaned in ages! When I went downstairs and I talked to... More

The room was filthy. Beds had not been changed and the room had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. We checked out as soon as we could and moved to another hotel. This isn't budget it is just a disgrace.

I actually have mixed feelings about this hotel. I stayed with two friends and we rented a family room, which came with a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. The positives: the staff we dealt with were very friendly (we only saw them at check-in and in the pub) and welcoming and the location was great. The... More

In this day and age, there is no excuse for dirt. Kettle was on the floor and dirty. Dirty fridge. Shower had no door so was replaced with a shower curtain which was black with mould. Also, there was a large visible stain on the quilt cover. It had been washed but a stain on the covers of where you... More

Believe the reviews, this is the dirtiest most disgusting hotel. The mattress was covered in dry blood and urine stains. The carpet which may have been beige when they laid it in the 1970 is now covered in more stains than you can imagine. There where two towels one small red bleach stained and one white crispy one both to... More

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. We were only there for one night and I have never experienced anything like it. The rooms old and musty but I could live with that. Duvet covered in dried blood stains everywhere. Mattress covered in urine stains and dried blood etc. Heavily stained carpet were you could see in between... More

Great folks here. Best welcome to a hotel I've had in years! Yes, it's minimal but it's comfy and great fun downstairs. Really enjoying the place - and another night to go! /////////////////////////////////////////////

TL;DR: A terrible place to stay really close to the center of town. Would not recommend to anybody. Went on a four day trip to Cork with my girlfriend to see the area as we are hoping to move to Cork soon. Starting with the positive: The Windsor Inn is a 5 minute walk from the town center and there... More
