I stayed here 3 nights. The people that work here are very friendly. There is afternoon tea and a pastry basket when you arrive which I appreciated. I had a single room on the 4th floor and it was tiny. I think my dorm room in college was bigger. My remote did not seem to turn the tv on. I... More

Was excellent! Largest quad room in Europe that we stayed. The staff was superb!!!! 15 minute walk to the center (on the island portion of Cork). Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night!! Clean, clean, clean!!! Welcome tea was soooo nice and the breakfast was an excellent value.

We started off getting there late and host was very nice about everything. Next morning food was delicious and very filling. Rooms were very clean but bathroom very small. Definitely would stay again cause everything is walking distance.

I have stayed in many B&B's on my stays in Ireland, and I must say that this was the best I have visited. It was clean and comfortable, and roomy compared to others. The breakfast was fantastic! There is no way anyone could ever walk away and still be hungry, or not find something they would like. I would have... More

Garnish House Guesthouse is a great place to stay in Cork. It's far enough out of town that you're away from the hustle and bustle, but on the main street that takes you right into town, so getting to attractions, transportation, restaurants and shopping is easy. The staff is incredibly gracious. We arrived early and were greeted with tea and... More

The Garnish House was a great place to rest our heads after a day of traveling and driving! The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the room (a triple-room) was spacious and clean. The complimentary tea and scones was a welcome snack once we arrived and the breakfast in the morning is just incredible and totally worth the extra... More

Hi, We had the pleasure of staying in your B and B in June of this year for a short family break. Our room was lovely, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing. Your selection for breakfast is amazing and our children were thrilled to get pan cakes for breakfast. Well done for delivering excellent... More

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here during a week of business. Comfortable room in a relatively quiet b & b with wonderful gourmet breakfast. Room was modestly furnish but perfect for a stay where one is not in the room but out a work or on the town. Small television with limited channels, desk, hot pot, end table and armoire composed... Our host was fantastic on arrival. We were early, and breakfast chaos was still going on, with guests checking out too. She still took the time to see us comfortably sat in the living room with an enormous tray of cakes and tea. We checked it no problem, to a lovely large modern room with the biggest bed. I chose... After a long drive to Cork it was so nice to be greeted so nicely - especially with tea and cakes! I was surprised not to be staying in the house I arrived at rather Garnish house is 'spread' over a few houses it appeared and I was staying over the road. This meant a (I'm no good with measurements)... More
