expected rooms to be dated as foyer is in need of make over but was pleasantly suprised as rooms where very modern and lovely.very good location without being in the centre of town with all the noise.would recommend this hotel and would stay again as lovely little bars close by.

Stayed in a 3 bed apartment attached to the Hotel Isaacs recently on a 2 night shopping trip to Cork 3 adults & 3 teenagers. There were also 1 and 2 bed apts. Great location for the shops. Fantastic value for money and much more economical than staying in a hotel. Worked out only about €35 per person for 2 nights!... More

Room was dirty and noisy. The hallways smelled like a horse stable. No free WiFi. Staff was not very friendly. Beds were very uncomfortable. Definitely would NOT stay there again!

we stayed here for three nights at the end of October and found it to be a very well located and serviceable hotel. The room was large and quiet, the staff friendly and the overall experience was a good one.

I would like to point out that this is a 2 star at best or more like a hostel than hotel. I stayed here recently and was disgusted with the room, it was dark and old and also had stains and hairs on the linen that may I add were not mine, when I complained I was told first there... More

we were four "senior" ladies on a 3nt break . The staff were friendly and most helpful, (the reception staff were fine, no problem at all!) Our room was large, for a city hotel, with one double and one large single bed. My room mate and I thought the beds/pillows excellent and had good nights' sleep...a bit warm, we couldn't... More

Stayed in apartment 1 with my husband and son. We had a two bedroom apartment, both "double " rooms were so small that only one side of each bed had room for a light or a bedside table. We overlooked the kitchen courtyard, and the apartment was always dark. Worst of all was the noise from early every morning, with... More

We arrived at the hotel before the book in time which is 2.00pm and were told by an unfriendly receptionist that we could leave our luggage in reception and come back later to book in, which suited us as we were keen to do some sightseeing. When we arrived back at the hotel there was an even more unpleasant receptionist... More

My wife and I stayed here in July of this year whilst attending a concert in the Marquee. As always I consulted Tripadvisor before booking and it seemed like this hotel was suitable for our needs. I booked a superior double room on the hotel's own website and also paid for parking in advance. When we arrived at the hotel... More
