Just returned from a family trip to Cork staying in an apartment and hotel room in the Hotel Isaacs. Whilst booking i was in correspondence with the receptionist Jeremy and he was very helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure my requests were met. The hotel and surroundings are nice and the waterfall is a novel feature. The hotel room... More

A group of us stayed here for mine and a friends stag weekend. The hotel has traditional rooms or apartments. Our apartment had two doubles, two bathrooms and a lounge all for 200 quid for two nights. It's not fancy but if you're looking for somewhere clean, with decent service and a decent restaurant then look no further. The location... More

Oodles of charcater, excellent value and wonderful staff...I love this hotel. It's reasonably price; sure some of the rooms have seen better days, but with the cost of the room and location I will never complain. They were very helpful to our group.

Greeted by a very friendly receptionist who went out of her way to inform us of everything going on as it was St pattricks weekend. Our room was very spacious and very peaceful even though it was facing the main road.Breakfast was delightful with plenty of choice and generous portions. hotel is in a great location only five mins from the... Stayed with a group of friends over St Patrick's weekend. We all had a lovely stay from beginning to end. The rooms are a great size, well maintained and clean. The staff, whether early morning or late at night are always friendly and are really helpful. It is a short 5 minute walk in to the centre of Cork and... More

Excellent staff who went out of their way to make our stay hassle free. Location is perfect for the centre and some good pubs just on your doorstep. We were actually in the apartments which had 2 double bedrooms and a decent kitchen and lounge area. Would definitely go back there without hesitation. Costs about 15E from the airport in... More

I was here for a few days in November , it was very reasonably priced and central.. The staff were an absolute pleasure and were always helpful and plesant. The hotel is a bit old but it gives it a since of character and the rooms are clean and comfortable, the beautiful waterfall outside is icin on the cake, could... More

I am not the most demanding of travelers, requiring only a comfortable room in a good location to be satisfied. This hotel is in a central location in Cork, within walking distance of the English Market and other attractions (don't miss out on the Butter Museum!) and was a great bang for the buck. The lobby area and hallways may... More

We stayed at the Hotel Isaac for two nights in Feb and were very impressed. The room was swell equiped - trouser press, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with plenty of towels plus a good quality liquid soap for the hand basin and body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower and bath. The... More
