Nice hotel a bit far from the city but its has class. Was impressed by the service and rooms It does have a nice bar and restaurant though a bit on the expensive side. Good breakfast spread with made to order eggs. Worth a stay.

We enjoyed our time spent at the Hayfield Manor Hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A nice touch was the fire burning each day in the lobby fireplace. Lovely place to stay on a cool spring weekend in Cork.

Delightful, homely (if your home is a manor house with hot tub, spa, pool, fabulous restaurants, aviary) with excellent staff who made us and our four children feel so welcome, we couldn't have been better looked after if we were the only guests there.

Home a week now and I relive the experience daily..sad I know..but top marks on all levels for the best hotel in Ireland in my opinion.. Where to start..without repeating what others have said..the whole experience was one to be remembered from the entrance to the property to the opening of the door..to the pouring of that whiskey at check... Returned for first time in about 3 years. Simply wonderful experience from beginning to end. It was great to see many of the same staff have remained on, a tribute to the management I guess. The staff are just wonderful, teamwork is evident at all times. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!!! Both restaurants are very good. The non... More

Excellent inside and out. Staff were great. Bed was a dream so comfy. Real old world but elegant and beautiful. From the minute we left the car we were treated like royalty. Both concierges had great wit and charm and made us feel at home.

Hayfield Manor seemed like the best option in Cork. We were there one night. The check in and restaurant staff were not that friendly (in Ireland most people are very friendly) however concierge was very helpful and the location in a quiet part of town above the university was good. We could walk into town. The room felt dated and... More
