Once again I had a delightful stay at Hayfield Manor in Cork. I would have gained 10lbs on the delicious food served but the gym and pool helped alot! Can't wait for my next trip back. more

I stay in a lot of hotels, and I'm bored of the super-slick expensive chain hotels (poor me!) that often get good reviews on tripadvisor. If that's what you like, then the Hayfield Manor may not be for you, but I found it a big, warm hug of a hotel. It has all the nice touches you'd expect of a... more

I couldn't rate this hotel highly enough. I travelled alone to attend a photography course which was taking place in the hotel. From the moment I arrived I was treated royally. The room on the 3rd floor was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and a view from the window looking out over the trees across Cork... more

We spent 2 nights here with our 4 year old daughter and got a good deal on a large family room. It was such a relaxing and comfortable 3 days with old-fashioned, attentive 5 star service. It was raining when we arrived and my husband and daughter were met by a porter with an umbrella who helped with our luggage.... more

After finally finding the hotel, I was disappointed in particular with the Restaurant. The seating was grubby and stained. The food cold and mediocre. The Staff had poor levels of english (Eastern European) and the prices represent poor value for money( presumably something the hotel can exploit given its close proximity to the university). more

Dear Sir, I was disappointed to read about your visit, and that you didnt enjoy your stay with us. I was also surprized to learn that the area was run down as the University is just beside us, and it being reconized as one of the top universities in the country. I do take your comments on board and appreciate...

As I was filming in Cork my trip was a busy and tiring one. Yet upon walking into the surroundings of the classy and calming entrance of Hayfield Manor my mood instantly lifted. For the remainder of my stay, the staff were ever-pleasant., the food was as it should be for a 5-Star. Not to mention the cleanliness of the... more

My partner and I stayed in the Hayfield Manor for two nights of the October bank-holiday weekend. I cannot speak highly enough of the standard of service and friendliness at the hotel. We also ate dinner on one of the evenings in the hotel's bistro, which was faultless - excellent food at a relatively reasonable price. Breakfasts are outstanding. After... more

Having travelled in Europe and Asia extensively, the authentic Irish splendor of the Hayfield Manor Hotel was a surprise and refreshing. A little gem of hotel in Cork County, a word of thank you to the team for making our stay pleasurable! Ockert more

Stayed there last week for a Taste of Cork - and the place is fantastic. It was everything we hoped it was going to be and more. It was grand and plush but yet homely. From reservation to check out this hotel is top class! The rooms were great. It was the most comfortable bed that I've ever slept on.... more

I stayed here on a business trip, and was totally exhausted when I arrived. Reception was efficient and friendly. I had a lovely large room looking out on the front of the building which had been turned down by the time I arrived. The following morning there was an extensive breakfast buffet and a choice of hot options. Overall I... more
