A Travelodge is a Travelodge is a Travelodge, except that in Cork they go the extra mile, starting with the reception. A small but important point is the provision of proper glass tumblers and not the flimsyist (?) plastic tumblers that collapse when you hold them that you find in the UK.

This hotel was quite nice, although quite far from Cork's centre. There isn't much around and you need a car to stay here, otherwise you are a bit stuck. It was good for us as we had an early flight from Cork Airport.
