Stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding. Our booking appeared to have been misplaced but the front desk arranged another room at no extra charge and with the minimum of fuss. In fact it was a constant theme during our stay - The staff were courteous, amicable and good humoured. The room itself was small - perhaps owing... More

Not overly impressed , stayed in the hotel over 3 nights to attend a wedding , room was not cleaned properly , found the remains of sexual antics in the wardrobes, the room was very small , shower stopped working , considering paying 417€ for the 3 nights away , I felt robbed, not even asked if we enjoyed our... Stayed here for a weekend and had a relaxing time. Room was a bit odd with phsychedelic lights changing colours on ceiling, ( I guess it made a change from the usual). It was clean and had the usual necessities, also tea/coffee station. It was the "standard" room. Maybe worth going for the superior instead as the standard is quiet... More

The staff were all so helpful, the place was very clean. The leisure centre pool so nice and warm. The meals were excellent. We stay there on the 17th of July. Another plus was a real double bed, so many hotels have two single beds stuck together. Is so much more romantic to have real double bed. Ti is an... More

Stayed with a friend for 1 night. Really enjoyed every minute. Reception is a lovely, bright airy and welcoming open space. Check in was casual with staff chatting but everyone was very friendly. Went for dinner in Suttons. Again a great looking and feeling space. Very friendly staff, good selection on menu. Ordered the burger. Gorgeous! Stayed and had wine... More

We travelled from Dublin to Cork for a three night stay at Rochestown Park Hotel. THE HOTEL: I had rang the hotel to confirm my booking, asked for one of the recently renovated rooms( as advised on Trip Advisor) and was told "no problem, you will be in room 329 with a garden view." Impressive! When we walked into room 329 we... More

Myself and a colleague stayed here for 2 nights in early July. It is a large hotel and whilst lacking in charachter was OK for a business trip. The reception is huge. The staff seemed to be not happy to be working there. The restaurant is good and the food excellent.

Make sure you request a renovated room, that is all can say.. I was there for 3 nights, asked every day for a change in room, and was told there was no availability. Furniture was old and worn, there was not even a chair for the desk when I arrived. If compared to the pictures on the site, everything about... More
