The hotel was in a great location in Cork. You can walk from one end to the other from the hotel. The dinner and breakfast...was very good. Once again, I stayed there only one night as part of a tour. The room however...it was small. There was a hole in the bedspread and it was pretty hot in the room.... more

Didn't plan to stay here and wished I'd done more homework instead of booking it last minute. This hotel really needs a complete refurbishment. The room decor dates from that early 90's. I had to pay 10Euro for 24 hours access to wired broadband which in this day and age, should be free for all paying guests in all hotels.... more

Myself and 3 of my various partners in crime stayed in the Jury's Inn in Cork. The trip down was perfect, finding the hotel seemed easy peasy until we were in the middle of the quays, getting blown off the road by the poor Friday evening commuters due to my rubbish driving - there was no right turn to the... more

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was cheap and cheerful. However, if I stayed here again I would NEVER stay on the ground floor. Very noisy. Adjacent to main road and traffic starts at 7 in the morning. Also could hear next doors TV very clearly. All that aside, service was excellent and it has one of the best breakfast... more

I stayed here with friends in May 2009 for a night and thought the place was great and good value. The rooms were clean, breakfast good and staff very friendly. Great location given that it is Cork. Recommend for good clean accomm. more

We stayed two nights in the hotel. The bath room looked old and worn out. The bed looked ok but after two nights I had a serious Bed bug problem. I was biten severall times. I can no recommend room number 323. more

Management response from

Dear Guest, On noticing your review (nothing has been reported to us directly) we conducted a thorough inspection of room 323 and found no evidence of bed bugs. To be 100% sure we called in a professional pest company to inspect this room. The professional pest company also thoroughly inspected this room, on Monday last, and found no evidence what...

Stayed here for a night in April. Hotel looks brand new, very clean. I had emailed the maneger Ruairi to see if it was possible to get a room with a view of the water, and upon check in he had given us a beautiful room on the 5th floor (executive floor) with a wonderful view of cork. It was... more

We stayed here for one night as we were going to a concert at the Marquee. We got a taxi out there but we walked back as it was only about 15-20 minutes walk. Good base if you are going to a concert there. It cost about 115euro per night however which I didn't think was the best value, considering... more
