I've stayed at this hotel about 4 times & its gone down hill since i first stayed. As everyone has stated the parking is a disaster. I had problems with checking in, they couldnt find my booking though I'd made it myself & deposit was taken. Rang my boyfriend to inform him of the confusion only to be informed by... more

No parking, 20 mins to get served in the bar, poor restaurant. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Communication with the hotel before we arrived was very good. All our questions were answered swiftly by "Marie". The location was ideal, just 5 minutes walk from the shops and approx 10 minutes to the bus station. Stayed in room 510 for 3 nights with my 2 daughters. It was also very good value for money. This room was recommended... more

The hotel is in a run down part of Cork and the hotel isn't much better. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming but the room was freezing, the bath rusty, the shower only hot when the cold tap ran or the toilet flushed, the whole hotel was overpowered by the smell of too much chlorine from the pool and... more

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Found the check-in staff attentive and organised. Food and drink were lovely, bar staff were brilliant. Rooms were satisfactory for what we wanted. I'd requested rooms near to our friend's room and the hotel had obliged. Great pub down the road from the hotel Pat Buckley's - go in and have a pint,... more

The staff were very attentive and it was a pleasure to stay there. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the centre of cork city, and i would recommend it to anyone.... more

We recently stayed at the hotel. Location wise the hotel is about a ten minute walk to Cork city centre-out the hotel gate and turn left and then right and walk downhill to a set of traffic lights. Cross here and follow the footpath via a bridge over the River Lee. You come to a set of traffic lights and... more
