We stayed here for one night in February but had stayed on previous occasions for longer periods of time. The location is great - five minutes walk to the city centre. The room, while a little "tired" was spotless. The staff was helpful and courteous. There is limited parking available in the hotel car park but street parking is available... More

I stayed in this hotel only for one night on a weekend trip to Cork and in general I was overall disappointed. The hotel itself is in a good location about 5 mins walk from the Opera house and is easy to get to. But there is a shortage of space around the hotel so parking is very limited and... More

Just came home from a 3 night stay and loved it ! Will definitely be back, room clean and not a speck of dirt! The Elevator Is a bit slow but the hotel is really nice in all, the staff were all really nice and our room was quite big with a nice view too.

Where do I start - I have never had call to write a review before but I feel I must let people and Irish Ferries know about this hotel. The room is terrible, the carpet is really dirty, the hot tap loose, dirt on the bathroom floor, hairs ( not ours) on the pillows, ceiling paint peeling from recent leak,... More

I am starting positively. The hotel deserves to start at 5*. I will give the staff another *. That is Six star. Then we went to our rooms..202 & 309 -1 for terrible beds.. Lumpy and saggy contributing to terrible nights sleep. Back to 5. -1 for hideously slow lifts dating back to the 70s. Back to 4 Bells bar... More

My sister and I stayed in the Maldron Cork this weekend, and I cannot wait to go back! We arrived after a 12 hour journey to Cork and were welcomed with kind words, huge smiles and the words every traveller wants to hear "Hot bath and a rest!" The window had been forced by former occupants, and the staff member... More
