Stayed at the Maldron last weekend. A little outdated but the hotel is been renovated and the newly decorated rooms are lovely. Bedding and hotel was very clean. Perfect location 10 mins walk to centre. The staff are a credit to the hotel , especially Helen who looked after us for dinner on our 3 nights. We were a group... More

Walking in the hotel lobby you would think you have scored a 4-star experience. That is the best of the hotel.... First, the parking is awful. If you can't get into the lot, then you are told to find parking on the street, which costs extra and could be a couple of good walking blocks away. Fortunately, an employee heard... More

The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The first room the shower was broken and the second room the water was not hot and the beds were hard. Plus we had to terminate some bugs in the rooms. The staff members were very nice and helpful, so the people who work there were great. Also, there was very... More

We did not stay in the hotel but came for the restaurant. It did not open until 6pm and took a while after 6 to see a staff member. Once we were recognized the service was excellent and attentive. The food was great and I had my first Guinness in Ireland there. Then a tour group showed up of a... More

We satayed wednesday to saturday. We were awakenes by construction going on at 9 in the morning, the bar staff specifically jessica were so rude we were waiting to order our drinks while she served 4 other people who came in after us. I dont think we would stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel last night, couldn't stay another night. This is a nightmare hotel!!!! My room was very dated, the bedding was clean, but the furniture was chipped and dusty. The iron was burnt and dirty couldn't use the iron. I asked the receptionist if they could give me another room, She said all the rooms are same, but... More

Staff are lovely here. The hotel itself needs a major facelift. My room was pretty dated but clean. I stayed for 5 nights and the housekeeping was a bit erratic (disappearing towels!). There are no shower caps etc. just a soap dispenser. But lots of hot water and a very comfy bed. Good variety of choices at breakfast. My friend... More

Stayed 3 nights recently in the hotel, our third time, really enjoyable, food was good, staff very pleasant & helpful. The location very convenient for shopping & all the attractions of the city centre has to offer, only down side parking is limited at the hotel.
