This was a Xmas present for my man. One night B&B and seeing "The Villagers" Band in "The Everyman" . Even though slightly dearer when choosing it the Hotel looked like it had an old world charm about it. I didn't just want the usual square box room. My event date was changed after prepaying room at discount, and the... More

We had breakfast , lunch & dinner which was beautiful..especially dinner in the restaurant. 11 ladies ordered many different dishes from a 3 course menu & you will... More

Just stayed for my 10th time in this fantastic hotel and the staff are so professional and thoughtful. As it was my 10th visit, they arranged a bottle of vino for us. Always enjoy staying in this hotel and will be going back again and again!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Ideal for exploring Cork city. Rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty on amenities, the newspaper under the door the next morning was a lovely touch. The only issue was that our bathroom was tiny!! . Staff very friendly and the bar has a great buzz to it. Will definitely stay again. Parking is... More

Love the Imperial as its 'so central'. A hotel of bygone ages with helpful, friendly staff. We have had mixed luck with rooms in the past but our room this time was spacious, well equipped coffee machine / kettle / teacups etc., (although TV is a bit dated & signal 'iffy' ). The ensuite had double sinks, and a jacuzzi... More

I travel to Cork every January for a number of years now for a weekend away with my mother and her two sisters. We have stayed many times at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, it's very central, and the food is very good. We had dinner and breakfast there.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel itself was very nice, the staff were friendly and we had a lovely breakfast. The location is ideal for walking around the city, the only issue we had was with the parking. It cost 9 euro (which is pricey when you're already paying for a room) to leave our... More

We are from Dublin and decided to stay in cork for a few days. We thought the idea of a "historic" cork hotel would be a very nice idea. The location is perfect and about as central as you can get. But unfortunately the imperial hotel is several decades past its prime. The modern definition of customer service was lost... More

Went to spa with friends as a birthday treat. Excellent treatment, spotless facilities and loved the glass of bubbles we got after our treatment. We went for the winter bliss package which was good value. Only negative was my treatment room was across from changing room so I could hear receptionist when she showed clients to the changing room, had... More
