Quiet, lovely setting, and best of all - Ann and Eddie! They greeted us with coffee, tea and biscuits. They were gracious hosts who were helpful, informative, and delightful. Breakfast was wonderful - a full menu of selections plus yogurts, breads and cereals. My daughter and I loved our stay at Glenmaroon. Five stars for sure!

We stayed at Glenmaroon House last night and loved it. Ann and Eddie were wonderful and the B&B was spotlessly clean. Nice roomy bedroom and bath, terrific breakfast (even tablecloths and ironed napkins). We were Impressed. Located just outside the village of Blarney and the castle- it takes about 15 min. To walk into the village. Highly recommend.

We stayed at a number of B&B's over our week in Ireland but we really enjoyed Glenmaroon House. Our hosts, Ann and Eddie, were delightful and helpful in every way. The home and grounds were beautiful, the room reasonably spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast generous and delicious. We drove into Cork but preferred the quieter Blarney for dinner.... More

This B&B is rated at 3 stars but deserves at least a fourth. Great hosts with an aim to please their guests. Excelent facility with comfort galore. Hostess has taken great care in decorating the rooms.. Definite stop for anyone doing the southern end of Ireland. Well within travel distance to Jameson Distillery, Cobn, and needless to say the blarney... More

Stayed for one night during a ten day excursion early this month with my best friend. The location is perfect for visiting Blarney castle - don't miss the charming village of Blarney though! We enjoyed a good meal and a fantastic evening sitting in the Blarney Castle Hotel bar. The locals were spectacularly friendly and made us feel so welcome.... More

Every time we are in Cork we book with this BB. I would recommend it to anyone. The accommodations are lovely and set in a beautiful area. The host and hostess go far beyond our expectations, making us feel comfortable and at home during our stay. The value and experience can't be beat!

The five of us ( all adults) stayed here for one night in our travels across Ireland. This was after a visit to Rock of Cashel and Blarney Castle. The house is a few minutes out of the town of Blarney. Beautiful home with a pretty sunroom. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms spacious and clean. My brother and his adult... More

We rung late one night and so lucky for us there was a room available. We made our way and Anne was there to greet us. We were shown to our room where we dropped our bags and went downstairs for a cup of tea and biscuits. There is a conservatory coming off the breakfast room which is a wonderful... More

The B&B was great. Upon arrival had coffee and biscuits along with delightful conversation. Ann was very gracious and provided additional "must see's" while in the area --- which we did and her recommendations where right on!

We arrived in Blarney with the express intention of visiting Blarney castle, the Glenmaroon is the ideal place to stay not only for our welcome and the accomodation which is superb but it is also a nice walk to the centre of town and the castle Our welcoming cup of tea and biscuits was appreciated and the usual irish welcome...
