We stayed here for 2 nights on a short family break (2 adults, 2 tweenagers). The hotel is attached to the Blarney Wollen Mills complex so expect to see lots of American tourists in tweed caps and tour buses galore. Our room was an OK size with a view over the courtyard (plus a few weeds in the garden underneath).... More

We stayed in the Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel for 5 days starting on the 28th of July. After a long journey by coach and ferry from Wales we didn't arrive until about 10.45 pm and were pleasantly surprised to have fresh sandwiches, doughnuts and punch served us on arrival. A lovely warm welcome and our rooms were allocated with ease.... More

Our stay at Blarney Wollen Mills was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean as well! This hotel is in great location for walking to the castle and just walking around town.

Lovely staff in hotel reception and restaurant areas. Good food. Bedroom adequate but unfortunately we overlooked a corrugated roof and derelict yard. Could almost have touched the roof!! Carpets and furniture throughout dated and worn and some wooden surfaces badly marked. Net curtain on window ripped and internal window sills in need of a good clean. However bed was really... More

Great accommodations to rest & enjoy Blarney. I suggest at least 2 days to tour the castle and grounds. Make sure you check out the fern grotto. The restaurant was great. Also have a very large, extensive woolen mills store.

Blarney Woollen Mills is justifiably proud of its past history as a former mill which provided generations of local people with work. However, it is particularly keen to acknowledge the amazing foresight and spirit of Christy Kelleher who rescued the derelict mill and revitalised the village of Blarney. The ivy-clad stonework facade, the large parking areas, the craft superstore are... More

We stayed here in April for my mom and dad's wedding, they did an excellent job I must say! When we came in from the church, we had our pictures taken in the castle gardens and in the reception of the hotel, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful!!! Loved the stone-work walls! A lot of is stayed, I think maybe... More

We spent 4 nights at this hotel in July and had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable with a very clean and sparkling bathroom. Room service each day was excellent. The food and service at the next door (and associated) Christy's Pub was second to none. We even travelled back specifically each night... More

I booked this hotel one month in advance as I needed a room with disabled facilities and one ordinary room for 2 nights. I arrived at 8 pm with my elderly parents after a 4 hour journey on Sunday July 20th only to discover that the lift was out of order since that morning which meant my mother would not... More
