I was in Ireland and travelled to Ennis to attend wedding events in the area. The staff were all very nice but unfortunately, that is where the good part ended. The rooms were less than basic, there were no amenities in the bathrooms, the window blinds were broken so we couldn't get them to stay up, the lighting was horrible... More

We stayed from the 16th to the 18th of May. This is a small intimate hotel. Check in was fast, efficient and hassle free. The room was reasonably clean though there was a musky smell in the cupboards. I understand it was recently done up so they probably just hadn't time to air out. Breakfast each morning was lovely, plenty... More

First impressions great with Reception attitude spot on being helpful and able to help with what's on offer. Ie breakfast , tea room, what to do & directions. Fast forward to corridor blocked by cleaning trolley, room with chips on paintwork, very poor wifi ( unless standing in corner of room ) hot water not consistent hot to cold and vice versa, bathroom door... Lovely local hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable priced, central location. Clean and comfy rooms, great pillows :) Not much else you could ask for for a 2 night stay in Ennis, good base to explore from.

This is a very average hotel but if you haven't paid too much for the room then it is OK. But please note that for this hotel the term boutique just means small (not high high class, ultra modern or quaint). It is acceptably clean. However WiFi is very intermittent. Breakfast is average but you can help yourself. Staff are... More

If you want a friendly Irish experience in this fun, friendly town, then this place is perfect. It may not be five-star luxury, but the rooms & bathrooms were clean and bright and comfortable. It's a short walk (5 mins) from the centre of town. Breakfast is brilliant - loads of whatever you want, with a really good cooked breakfast,... More

I stayed here for my Christmas party. The receptionist was so helpful. My room was gorgeous. It was spacious, modern and comfy. The room rates are perfect for solo travelers or young couples. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from O'Connell St. The only thing the room lacked was a hair-dryer.

Everything about this hotel was horrible. First 4 staff members were sitting outside smoking when my daughter and I pulled up and they didn't even acknowledge us. Finally found the owner who complained we had too much luggage (a suitcase and carry on each plus a box to mail). Then the room had holes in the wall, it was dirty... More

We stayed 5 nights at the Ashford Court Boutique Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-10 minute walk to the main business district of Ennis. Our room, on the third floor, was good size with a king bed, desk, chair and small TV. Ironing board, iron, safe, and hangers were in the nice sized closet. The bathroom was a... More
