Attended a wedding in October this year. We got fantastic value for money, two double rooms for 50 euro per room. Staff very friendly with efficient check in. The meal was really delicious. We had vegetable soup with amble amount of bread rolls, beef or sea bass for mains and a trio of desserts. The room was very comfortable with... More

i have been to many hotels in ireland, the auburn lodge is great value for money, it has a quirky look about it, hotel reception is fresh and well laid out, carpets are gorgeous, decor is of a good quality, with many features, including the stunning wood work and open fire places in lobby and bar, staff are very friendly and... Staff were absolutely amazing. Let us check in early in the morning and upgraded out room to superior complementary. Room was beautiful, spotlessly clean. 6 of us ate dinner here. Everyone's 3 courses were stunning. Beautifully presented and delicious. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, namely the deputy manageress and receptionist Ursula.extremely friendly and helpful.if you are staying... More

We had a great stay here. The rooms are quiet basic so dont expect anything fancy or very modern. However everything you need is in them. I.e they are clean & comfortable, the shower is great &hallways were not noisy so had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely both mornings. We also ate in the restaurant which was delicious. The main... More

This hotel is located far from Ennis although the address is Ennis. The lobby has the old world charm but the rooms have seen better days. They are quite worn but clean and the bed was comfortable. The lighting could do with an upgrade as one could barely see. The hallways were very noisy at night and we could hear... More

The bathroom was very clean, the floor was disgusting in the bedroom. Arrived at3.30pm. Dirty linen was left on the only chair in the room from when I arrived until when I left. The sheets to go on my bed were left on the bed as if the staff were interrupted and then never came back. I went out for... More

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable and everything was clean. The décor in the hotel was wonderful, lots of warm wood throughout. The food in the restaurant was excellent and staff throughout were just wonderful. There was live music in the bar the night we stayed and what a fabulous atmosphere it created. We had a fantastic... We would like to highlight the outstanding customer Service received both at the reception (Gertrude and Mairead) and at the restaurant (Lució and Lily). Great food at the Oyster restaurant we got the steak and the Fish. Simply delicious! Rooms are spacious.

If you expect this to be on par with a 5 star NYC hotel then stay somewhere else. I love this place for the unusual layout, the outdoor patios, the always accommodating staff and its proximity to one of my favorite walking areas. I usually land at Shannon around 6:30 AM, pick up the car and drive to the Cliffs... More

Before staying in this Hotel, I was aware of the mixed reviews, however, I stayed as part of a large family group of mixed adults and children recently. We had availed of a very good deal for 2 nights B&B and main course. I have to say, for value, and in particular the friendly and efficient staff, from start to... More
