Loved the Temple Gate Hotel from start to finish of our stay. Hotel receptionist pleasant on arrival. Rooms Lovely and Clean. Restaurant food excellent. The Hotel is Centre of the town with its own private car park. Bar Staff Friendly and Courteous in Preachers Bar. more

Stayed here our last night before heading home through Shannon Airport. Classy hotel. Stayed in one of the executive rooms. Very modern!! Very clean and comfortable bed. Chocolates were a nice addition. We ate at the Preacher's pub, great food, great drinks. Good service throughout hotel. We'd stay here again, very good location as well. more

We were advised this was one of the best hotels in Ennis.Stayed here for one night .Room was dark and stuffy.Smelt dusty and decor very tired and oldfashioned.Lighting very poor especially in bathroom.Carpet very stained.Complained to receptionist who said they were full and could not transfer us to another room.
