The hotel room was comfortable enough but that was about all the place had going for it, that and the breakfast wasn't a buffet and you could order it from a waitor. (I hate sleeping in, going downstairs and discovering stale food sitting out) The hairdryer fell apart in my hands and gave my boyfriend some kind of electric shock.... More

Do not stay here. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere. Our carpets were filthy and stained with what looked like vomit, the room was filled with dust and cobwebs, the shower had stains all over it, and there were lots of holes in the walls and a broken picture frame hanging on the wall. Additionally, the room smelled like... More

I bought a deal for this hotel for 2 b&b & dinner (main course) on one night for 2 people at an amazing cheap price. When l phoned the hotel to book, the lady was really honest & said that it gets very noisy after the nightclub & if I was o'k with that. We decided to go & we... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay in this hotel. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and nothing was a problem. We dined in cruises bar and we had the nicest sea food chowder (could have been hotter) and fish and chips was to die for! Outstanding value . The waitress was... More

Stayed here a couple of times. My stay was always enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly. Rooms are nice, clean and basic everything you need. Hotel is in a good location for exploring shops, restaurants and the nightlife. Customer service at this hotel is 110% the staff can't do enough for you especially Michael the manger on duty. Looking forward to my... More

It was a Wednesday night...front desk staff was very nice, very friendly...gave us directions, gave us a wake-up call...the breakfast in the morning was fine...the guy at the bar, again, was very friendly. The room was basic, quiet, comfortable, just what we needed, at a reasonable price. I'm told there's a loud disco scene happening Thursdays through the weekend, but... More

First room I had was dirty, no lights worked, large cobwebs on drapes, carpet was not vacuumed, walls marked up, and looked like dried vomit on floor by side of bed. Only the bathroom was nice. They did change room quickly and second room was much better as it was redone. Hotel was not full so why give out a... More

Queens provided comfortable beds, as well as a great location well within town, for good rates in Ennis. The one downside would have to be the nightclub below the rooms - if you're wanting a quiet night I'd invest in some ear plugs.

Got a 2 night break on escapes.ie to stay here €79. Which I would have to be paid to stay here again. No parking ,poor service,3 working tv channels, rooms full of cobwebs. Bathroom work tops shocking. I am easily pleased but I would not stay here again. Dump

After having a terrible experience at the Rowan Tree Hostel on Tues night, April 15th we checked into the Queens Hotel across the street for our 2 remaining days in Ennis. The rate was exactly the same as the hostel but the accommodations were 10 times better. We had a room which over looked Abbey street. The room was very... More
