Me and my girlfriend went for a 3 day break and had a wonderful time. It's close enough to Edinburgh if you are driving but Linlithgow itself is a real gem and thoroughly recommended. It's only recently built and done to very high standards. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroooms are immaculate. All in all 5 stars more

Cannot say enough great things about Arden House. The house is kept immaculately clean, the hostess is charming and helpful beyond words, and the food is wonderful.
