The hotel has beautiful views over the valley & onto Linlithgow Loch & Palace. Room 4 is huge with fantastic views, but the bed is quite hard. The furnishings in the room were new & clean. After searching for a Hotel near Edinburgh, everyone fully booked, we came across a sign for the Bonsyde house, this lead us up a small winding road for about half a mile. There we found a Great friendly hotel, rates very good and rooms were to a very high standard and very large. would highly recommend a stay there. more
