My boyfriend took me here as a surprise and the owner had already impressed him before we arrived with leaving a box of chocolates in our room. (Although this doesn't come as standard, think it was part of the engagement plan!!) I was so impressed with the lovely comfortable room, romantic views, fabulous breakfast and very friendly and helpful host.... more

A perfect B & B experience. John & Jane have created a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with lots of little touches to make you feel at home & looked after. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Lucky with the weather, we were bowled over by the view from our bedroom window, and at the breakfast table, of Iona, the turquoise sea... more

A nice B&B conveniently located close to the Isle of Iona and Staffa (where puffins live). This is a cozy B&B with a nice sized room and bath. John, who is the "front" man is a lovely host. His wife Jane is also nice, although you don't see much of her--she's always busy making sure things are humming along. The... more

An ideal b&b close to the Iona ferry. The rooms upstairs have views over the Ross of Mull and Iona. Jane and John are a very friendly welcoming couple with a very friendly chocolate labrador from Iona. The place is a model (all ticks in the boxes you can think of) and spotless b&b with breakfasts cooked to order from... more

John was a GREAT host and very friendly. His seafood dinner was one of the best we had in Scotland. Rooms were very comfortable. If you are going to Iona, it is a GREAT place to stay. more

A nice B&B close to the ferry to Iona and next door to the local bar and restaurant. The owner John knows a lot about the things you can do. He booked for us the restaurant on Iona and the boat trip to Staffa. The rooms are clean, not to big, but sufficient. The breakfast room gives you a nice... more

We note the comments by this reviewer with regard to the size of the bedrooms and our breakfast room. Our home was built in the 1800's as a family home and is not a purpose built B&B as so many of the new ones are today. In 1997, to accommodate the increasing demand by guests for ensuite bathrooms we adapted...

As good a B&B as you could possibly hope to find, I could not find a fault with anything. Positioned next door to the pub/restaurant and a short stumble to the Iona/Staffa ferry-port you can get here and forget about your car for a while (and after single-track driving, that was a relief). Room was comfortable and very clean. The... more

The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. We will definitly return on our next trip! more

The Seaview B&B has a great location at the port of Fionnphort, where the ferry departs for Iona. We stayed here for one night and were delighted with this B&B. We got a very friendly welcome from the owner and were given a room which was bright and spotlessly clean with a tiny but spotless shower room. We ate dinner... more
