The hotel chain for a great nights sleep whilst working away from home. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. It is close to motorway junction for ease of commuting. The staff on reception were friendly, professional and informative. Rebooked already for future business trips.

The staff at the hotel where excellant and must be commended (thank you all) It's nice when staff understand the words "customer service" Quality of the rooms was good, sleep quality good & reasonably priced. Stayed here for work. Clean, nice and friendly. Surprised how nice it was for the price. The road was noisy but didn't seem to disturb my sleep at all as bed was super comfy! Great breakfast also.. ate far too much x

We stayed twice at this hotel. It's always easy to find when on a service area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The first night we stayed in a room at the front of the hotel and everything was fine but a few days later on our return we stayed in a room at the back. The back borders... More

I like Premier Inn, you get what you pay for and the standard is always very good. The Hamilton Premier Inn is in the middle of no where, but a great place for a stopover. You can tell the rooms are well used, but they are very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food we got in... More

This hotel offered my friends & myself the perfect location for our 2 day break. We decided to go and see Bruce Sprinstein in concert at Hampden Park. We did not want to be directly in the centre of Glasgow as hotels can be a bit pricy in town so we opted for the outskirts. We decided to go for... More

We used the premier inn twice as a stop off point during a long drive up to Aberdeen and back with a three year old and a four month old baby. The reception staff were helpful and professional and the rooms were clean and roomy enough for a cot and second bed. On the return leg we managed to get... More

The room was very clean and tidy. Size of room was good as we were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for a double bed, single bed and cot. While we were there, our toddler daughter was suddenly very sick - all over the room. Beds had to be stripped and towels used to clean up... More
