Had booked this hotel for the night before our flight from Prestwick Airport but on arrival the place was in darkness, went in to Reception to find a porter on duty who said we had been moved to the Foxbar Hotel in Kilmarnock (eight miles back the way we had just come). He said we should have received an email... More

Do not book this hotel on the internet as this hotel is shut. We booked it last night only to arrive and it has been shut for a month!have used this hotel lots in the past and always been ok: a bit like faulty towers at time but staff always helpful and food ok.disappointed.

In the summer I booked a room and paid up front as the commonwealth games were on. I tried to contact the hotel to check the room details for sereval weeks prior to my stay and when I couldn't contact them (via e-mail or phone)I cancelled my room as per the cancellation procedure. That was July. When I did contact... More

As a place to stay before a flight with long term parking included this place is great value. It is a bit quirky with the range of old furniture, but charming nevertheless and ski much better than the bland chain hotels. would definitely use again when flying from Prestwick.

Quirky, quaint and dated...Faulty Towers is alive and kicking! We stayed overnight in time to catch an early bird flight out of Prestwick and the room was dated and the bed uncomfortable BUT the meal was excellent with a young waitress who was willing and eager to please. The arrangement for our pick up was flawless and the charge for... More

Spent a night here prior to catching the early bird next morning. The initial room we were given hadn't been serviced. Full of apologies and sorted is out with a new room fairly quickly. Staff were very polite and helpful at all times. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again

This hotel is a joke booked for and 18th birthday party for December 3 months back the manager that organised it has now left and the head manager is useless! I have been phoning and going into the hotel for the past 2 months to get a menu for the buffet and still no contact from the head manager who... More

The staff are rude. The rooms are tired and not clean (tons of dead bugs on the carpet - Ugggghhh!!!!). The bed is uncomfortable and in need of a new mattress. For the first time in my life, I woke up with a sore back. We wanted to eat in the restaurant but were told by the waitress: "No, that... More

We stayed for one night at the Manor Park due to an early flight the following day. Our rooms were clean, spacious and tidy. There seemed to be a lack of staff but this was explained as being due to a large function the day before and staff had the day off. This didn't effect our stay. The hotel is... More
