stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. very nice decor and interior. All staff were very friendly and helpful. naming names is not necessary but the petit receptionist with glasses who unfortunetly i have forgotten her name is an asset to the hotel, very bubbly and always smiling. we had a meal in logans restaurant and it was very nice.... more

my self and my wife were looking foward to a nice wee break away which has unfortunetly turned in to a disaster when we arrived at the hotel our recepionist was busy on her mobile phone and when we tryed to get her attention were met with 2 mins im busy unfortunetly for my self my wife cand abide rudeness... more

I have now had the pleasure to stay at this hotel twice on business trips to the area as it is ideally situated near Preswick Airport.... just wish you didn't have to tavel with RyanAir to get there! From the outside you would not get the impression that this is such a trendy place to stay as the conservatory on... more

After reading some of the reviews on trip advisor, my husband and I decided to spend a couple of days there and take in the horse racing in Ayr. We were not dissapointed, the hotel is going through a refurbishment and the rooms are beautiful. They have a carvery every night in one of the restaurants, its only £5.50!! and... more
