Charlie & Hazel made me feel very welcome & all the little touches in the room made all the difference. Clean towels every day & a fluffy robe - tea & coffee with biscuits & sweets. ideal location next to the train station ( yet you don't hear the trains) & walking distance to the town centre. i would have... Hazel and Charlies were excellent hosts. They have a lovely home and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Little extras like chocolates were very tempting,. Excellent selection of items at breakfast. Nothing too much trouble.

Hazel and Charlie had thought of everything which made my stay very comfortable indeed - a little glass dish with chocolates, tea and coffee tray with biscuits, toiletries, hair dryer and even a hot water bottle! They were most hospitable and I have no hesitation in recommending Coila Guest House as it is also in a very convenient location.

This was our first encounter and it won't be our last. Charlie and Hazel were most welcoming and kind. They have a lovely and easily accessible home. It is only seconds from the railway station (yet you don’t hear the trains!) – and minutes from the dual carriageway by-pass. Its location is central, and gives extremely convenient (walking) access to... More

Hazel and Charlie were the best hosts, accommodating my early arrival easily. The room was just lovely and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Their location is very close to the railway station and an easy walk to the town center. I would definitely recommend this B&B, and hope I will come back and stay another time soon!

We were staying for a wedding in Troon. We got a very friendly welcome form Hazel and Charlie. We had a welcome cup of tea and home made cake on arrival. Breakfasts were excellent, bed comfortable, everywhere spotless. Hazel provided information about a wedding buttonhole and a hairdresser. Very close to the railway station for our onward journey to Edinburgh.... More

My son Harry and I stayed at Coila on a recent visit to the Commonwealth Games - enjoying 4 nights in this lovely comfy Guest House. Hazel and Charlie were warm in their welcome and very helpful in their advice on places to visit in the day; restaurants to eat of an evening; and transport to, from and around Glasgow... More
