Stayed overnight for a local wedding. Good location, friendly staff however the hotel is tired looking and dated. Bed quality was poor, two singles which could not connect properly and very soft mattress. Bar food prices were too expensive ( burger £14) so we ate out. Did not have time to sample breakfast. I would be unlikely to return.

Just back from a very enjoyable stay. Good central location and within walking distance to the beach and Main Street. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially the girl that done the treatments in the spa. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing spa break or just a trip to ayr. Will definitely be returning.
